?We had an amazing experience at this hotel from start to finish! The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and taken care of ? The room's amenities were top-notch and we couldn't have asked for a better location to explore beautiful Barcelona ? Overall, a fantastic stay that exceeded all of our expectations! ?
During our travels, we have experienced our fair share of luxurious 5-star hotels. However, our recent stay in Barcelona exceeded all expectations. The hotel staff was exceptional, making us feel at ease and pampered. Our suite was absolutely breathtaking, boasting unbeatable views of Passeig de Gracia. We cannot wait to return to this exceptional hotel.
This hotel boasts a prime location on one of the top avenues in Barcelona. Our room had a stunning terrace that overlooked the bustling street. The hotel's dining options were exceptional, including a highly acclaimed three star Michelin restaurant, which in my opinion, is not given enough recognition. The food was superb, but unfortunately, it's not on the list of World's Best Restaurants, causing many to overlook it. However, this means it's easier to make a reservation, which I highly recommend as it truly is the best. The only downside were the rooms - our junior suite was a bit of a letdown for the price we paid. It was quite small and uncomfortable, almost like a series of tiny rooms rather than one spacious one. However, I understand that this is to be expected in a heritage building in such a desirable location, so I cannot fault the hotel for this.
??I luvv dis hotel soooo much! De staf is jus wundrful n d concerge ?? is soo helpfull n givs de best tips on wat to do in da citi! Da brekfast ?? is amazin, n da staf is soo nice. Da rooms ar spotles n bed is supa comfi. Da shwr is perfct n da mini-bar is stonishinly well stockt. Luv dis place! ?
This hotel definitely receives a well-deserved 5-star rating. The level of service was absolutely phenomenal and their staff truly exemplified exceptional hospitality towards us during our stay. Additionally, the hotel's location provided us with a strong sense of security. We were pleasantly surprised to find 2 Michele restaurants on the premises, and the breakfast had a plethora of delicious options presented with great attention to detail. I must mention Carlos, who was undoubtedly the best server I have encountered in Spain. And let's not forget Jorge, the doorman, who warmly welcomed us in and out of the hotel and provided us with valuable insights about the local culture and town. The concierge and housekeeping team also deserve recognition for their outstanding service. Overall, our experience was fantastic and we are already looking forward to returning.
