We received a very warm welcome when we arrived. One of the highlights was the private garage and the wonderful concierge and reception staff. Our Junior Suite was modern and contemporary, and the staff were very accommodating to our children. We were also delighted with the incredibly high quality breakfast with a range of à la carte dishes, like avocado toast with poached egg. We would definitely stay again!
I had an absolutely fantastic time at this hotel! The staff ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ went above and beyond to make sure our stay was great - the bellman greeted us at the door, the concierge helped a friend get access to the LV store, the rooms were beautiful and the rooftop bar had stunning views of Barcelona ? and delicious food. Even as an African American person in 2023, there was no issue in terms of treatment, and I was made to feel so welcome. The shower ? was to die for, and the sangria was so good I can't remember the names! ? We will definitely be returning and I highly recommend. ?
This accommodation ? was one of the best I've ever experienced. The staff, especially the concierge, were extremely friendly and helpful ?. The facilities were clean ? and cozy ?, and the location was unbeatable - right in the city centre ?️. Every time I visit Barcelona, I won't hesitate to stay here again ✌️. Highly recommended ?!
This beautiful, modern and well-appointed accommodation in the heart of Barcelona is definitely 5-star! The beds are incredibly comfortable, and there is more than enough storage. Not to be missed is the expert mixologist in the bar downstairs - his cocktails are sure to delight. The service was exemplary - Ivet, Carlos from the restaurant and Juan the concierge were all incredibly welcoming and friendly. The location is ideal for exploring the city and its attractions, as well as for shopping at all price points. We have stayed in many luxury hotels and this stands out from the rest - we would not hesitate to come back!
This was our first trip since the pandemic to celebrate our wedding anniversary and the hotel we stayed at went above and beyond to help my husband with his romantic gestures. The room was absolutely perfect; it was spacious, comfortable, and had a lovely balcony. We could not have asked for a better spot to relax. The staff were excellent, especially Xavi, who was willing to do anything to make us happy. I certainly hope this remarkable establishment recognizes his hard work and rewards him accordingly – we look forward to visiting again soon!
