We had an amazing time on our visit to Barcelona and that was largely due to the incredible accommodation. The location was perfect for exploring the city, with shops, restaurants and attractions all within walking distance. The rooms were stylish, spotless and comfortable. The staff we interacted with were all incredibly professional yet warm and welcoming. Special mention must go to Juan and Jorge, who were particularly helpful. As well as being delicious, the breakfast was presented in a great way and Carlos, Bruno and Martina made us feel right at home. The rooftop bar was a real highlight, with excellent food, a fantastic atmosphere and five-star service.
The Monument Hotel in Barcelona was an absolute dream! From the helpful and friendly staff to the incredibly comfortable mattresses and the delicious food, I had an unforgettable experience. Every member of staff was welcoming and delightful and the mattresses were so comfortable that I felt like I was in heaven! The food was exquisite, making me eager to come back and experience the Monument Hotel again.
This boutique hotel had everything we were looking for - large rooms and great service. Our two suites were perfectly suited for our family of five, featuring an adjoining sitting room. The restaurants were nothing short of amazing, and the view of the city at breakfast was a perfect start to the day. The concierge staff were incredibly accommodating when it came to booking dinner reservations and offering unique recommendations for exploring the city. All in all, it made for an unforgettable stay!
The convenient location of this hotel to walk to attractions and restaurants was great. On day two of our eight day stay, I unfortunately sustained an injury that required the use of a wheelchair. The staff were unbelievably fast in responding to my needs; they brought us a wheelchair immediately and showed concern for not only my welfare but for the rest of the family to enjoy our vacation. The room service staff were kind beyond measure; bringing me ice packs and offers of any assistance to make me more comfortable. Moreover, the hotel was beautiful and well appointed. We will definitely be back!
We had a great stay at this hotel! The location was excellent and the service was top-notch. My two teens and I felt very safe, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. In particular, Ivet gave me some fantastic tips for day trips and local restaurants. The hotel's breakfast was nourishing and delicious, and we were sorry to hear that the Michelin one-star restaurant Oria had closed down the week we were visiting. An overall great experience!
