We stopped for just one night before leaving for our cruise the next day. The hotel was situated near a small shopping center and a grocery store. To get there, all you have to do is turn left leaving the premises - it's just about 500 feet away. The room that we got was minimalist, modern, and spotless. Unfortunately, we didn't spring for the breakfast option, which cost about $30 per person, and we didn't think it was worth the additional $60.
Stayed at a hotel that was situated a little away from the city center, but it was quite convenient - 20 minutes by taxi or 45 minutes on foot. ? The staff at the reception was friendly and helpful.? The breakfast here was fantastic!? There was a wide variety of options and they all tasted great. ? The rooms were clean and stylish. ? The rooftop pool was a nice addition and perfect for cooling off, although it was a bit crowded due to limited seating and loungers. ? All in all, I had a wonderful stay and was pleasantly surprised by this brand which was new to me. ?????
This hotel is truly top notch! The decor is stunning, and it is definitely a luxurious 4 star hotel that lives up to its rating. I was impressed with the cleanliness, and the bed was huge and incredibly comfortable. The service was great, and I was able to get a 3 hour late check-out simply by asking at reception. The location is great - a bit further away from the nightlife, but you can easily get a cab. I would definitely stay here again!
My wife and I returned for our second visit in two years from September 1 - 3, 2023. The staff and service we experienced were both outstanding. We would like to give a special recognition to Soraya and Santiago, who provided us with a great service. They very kindly allowed us to store our luggage at the hotel on the day of September 10, so that we could enjoy our time in Barcelona between our cruise departure that morning and our departing flight early that evening, back to the US. We cannot express enough our appreciation for the kindness we were shown, the quality of service, and how unlikely it would have been to receive the same experience in the US. We look forward to coming back again next year. Thank you for everything!
This place was great! We had an amazing time. The breakfast had a ton of different options and the service we received was really excellent. The only downside was one of the staff members at the reception desk who was quite rude. She was tall with big eyes and on the day shift. My feelings were confirmed when the person behind me at checkout had the same experience.
