I was extremely pleased with my stay last week. The spot was in a super convenient location, and the personnel was incredibly glorious and accommodating. My room was pristine and the beds were cozy. The morning meal and service they offer were top notch, and the rooftop pool area was magnificent. The bathrooms were extraordinary as well. There was great food and drinks just a few steps away from the hotel.
My stay at the NH Collection Barcelona Constanza Hotel was overall positive. When I arrived, I saw a few guests with their dogs entering and exiting the lobby, which was unexpected as I'm not too keen on dog-friendly hotels unless all the same rooms are used for them. Check-in was spotless and I was soon in my room. The room had a Japanese vibe to it and had all the necessary amenities such as a comfortable bed, nice shower and a heated mirror, which did not fog up. The WiFi signal wasn't the strongest but was still usable. I didn't have enough time to use the hotel facilities, but the staff seemed friendly. My only complaint is that the room didn't have USB sockets and it had only a blind on the window instead of a net. Despite that, the hotel is pleasant and somewhat dated in some areas.
This hotel has been described as looking nice in pictures, however, the reality is that it is slightly run-down and the industrial style can be a bit ?. It is not located in the heart of the city and its attractions, but the employees were very friendly and the rooms were spotless. ?????
The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The best part of this hotel was definitely the food. It was delicious and the breakfast buffet was very rich and varied. The bar was also great, with a nice selection of cocktails and wines. I definitely would stay here again!
The hotel was a great choice for my stay. It was conveniently located close to shopping and only a short drive to the centre of Barcelona. The staff were exceptional, particularly Sarah who went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. The spa was a delight - the staff were attentive to any needs and made sure everyone had a pleasant experience. The room was spacious and comfortable and I was more than satisfied with the amenities. The food was even better - the breakfast buffet was superb and the bar's selection of cocktails and wines was impeccable. All in all, I had an amazing time at NH Collection Barcelona Constanza and would definitely stay here again.
The stay was great. From the reception to the concierge, everyone was amazing! In particular, the two incredible ladies working at the breakfast room, Caroline and Maricel, were incredibly helpful and sweet. They always had a smile on their face and worked hard every day. I felt so fortunate to have such wonderful service! Furthermore, my stay was made extra special since it included breakfast, thanks to booking.com. I'll be back for sure - it was a short but sweet experience!
