My experience at the NH Collection Barcelona Constanza was simply amazing. From the moment I stepped into the hotel lobby I felt welcomed and could tell the staff really cared. The rooms were impeccably clean and comfortable. I also loved the breakfast buffet, the food was excellent and the service was remarkable. Not just that, they were also so accommodating with my pet pooch and made sure we had all we needed. Highly recommend this hotel, it certainly deserves all the 5-star reviews it's getting!
I recently stayed at NH Collection Barcelona Constanza and overall I had a very pleasant stay. I was welcomed by a friendly gentleman who offered to carry our bags and he was always smiling and saying hello. He seemed to go above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. One only wish is that he was running the hotel! I also asked for a baby chair - which I believe a 4 star hotel should have - and unfortunately we had to go out and find one ourselves. Another issue was that we had access to the spa but when I went to reception to get a pass, I was told I had to pay 16 Euros. Last but not least, my 1.5 year old son needed baby food heated up and there was no microwave available in the hotel. I had to go to the dinner area and argued with the employees to get it done. All in all, I had a good experience but some small improvements are needed.
