This is a great service-oriented hotel and the reception staff, especially Maria, and the breakfast team are outstanding. There is a pool as well as a spa in the same building - a wonderful way to relax after a long day with access to a massage or a jacuzzi. Highly recommended.
From our first impression, our welcome by the staff at the fron desk was horrable. No hospitallity was exibited. Even though we knew our room might not be ready, we weren't even offered any accomodations while we were waiting. After asking three times, we were simply told, "Oh yes, it's been ready for a while". We'd been waiting in the lobby since 10am. There was no mention of anything like breakfast or directions to nearby resturants or attractions, just a mere point to a map and a "You are here". At first, it seemed like we'd miss our cruise if it wasn't for Tenzy. Judith did not live up to the expectations of her job and therfor, I decided to cancel my reservation for August 8th - 14th, 2023. On the other hand, breakfast was really good and Carolina was exceptioanl - she will be a great addition to the reception desk. First impressions definately count for a lot!
This hotel is in an excellent spot, in a secure neighborhood with plenty of public transportation, shops, and eateries nearby. The staff are incredibly helpful and courteous. The rooms have unbelievable soundproofing - one of the best I’ve ever experienced. The breakfast selection is top-notch; they must have higher standards than some five-star establishments. It’s hard to find any faults.
This hotel is truly a gem. The rooms are wonderfully spacious and all the facilities are top notch. The breakfast buffet was quite extensive and the staff were always friendly and helpful. They provided excellent meeting facilities and the breaks were incredibly well organised. It's also conveniently located near a large shopping centre. All in all, this is highly recommended.
This accommodation is within walking distance of some of Barcelona's main tourist destinations. It is also right next to a mall, as well as several cafes and restaurants that can be easily reached. The room was comfortable and a decent size for European standards, although it could use some maintenance (I'm a bit particular). The bed was large and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities such as a hair dryer and ironing board. Breakfast was good, with plenty of hot and cold choices. The service was great and the staff was friendly and spoke good English. Great place for those who are willing to explore the city a bit by foot.
