I had a great time at this place. The breakfast was amazing, with plenty of range and options - way better than what you'd get at a restaurant. There was a fantastic rooftop lounge with great views and helpful staff. The only downside was the internet; it was really poor. It'd drop out for 5-15 minutes and everyone on our team experienced the same issue. If you need to do work online or watch a movie, this is not the place for you. But, if you're just doing casual stuff like emails or browsing, it's OK.

hotel is really good and there is a Metro station 3 minutes walk away. We had a really good stay here and would definitely recommend it.

We recently stayed at a hotel and received a warm welcome from the concierge at the door and the reception team - a great first impression. Although we were early, they had a room available for us and were delighted to be told the rooftop pool was open (which we weren't expecting). We had a family room which was quite small with a double bed and a sofa bed, but it was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The bathroom was fine, although the grouting around the bath wasn't great, and our shampoo/soap dispenser fell off the wall during our stay. However, the dispenser was fixed quickly so did not impact on our stay at all. The rooftop bar and pool had amazing views over the city, even if the pool was very cold - understandable in April. The location of the hotel was really good, with a Metro station just 3 minutes walk away. We had a really good stay here and would definitely recommend it.

This hotel was an unbeatable bargain. Location was ideal-- right across the street from a shopping mall and steps away from restaurants and shops. Inside the hotel, the amenities were modern and had everything I needed. Even better was the rooftop pool bar and restaurant-- the view was amazing and the prices were more than reasonable. It was a great stay!

This hotel didn't meet our expectations. We reserved the highest room category, yet the shower had a terrible odor and we found previous guests' belongings on the ground. Breakfast was an absolute disaster - the space was too small for the number of guests and it was like a noisy marketplace where everyone had to wait in line. For the price of 357 Euro/night, we were severely disappointed. The staff were friendly, but when asked how satisfied we were at checkout, we had to explain why not. All they said was "sorry". We definitely regret our decision - there are much better options available in Barcelona.

While most hotels in the same chain are great, this one was particularly disappointing. The most infuriating issue was the inconsistency of the key card system, which caused numerous difficulties in trying to access our room. It wasn't an isolated incident as other guests reported the same issues. Even when a new card was issued, it still did not help. It may sound like a minor problem, however anyone staying here for multiple nights will be seriously frustrated by this.
