Check in was a breeze thanks to Victoria at the front desk. She was informative, efficient and professional. My room was impeccable and very comfortable. A big thank you goes to the house-keeping staff, who are the unsung heroes who made my stay comfortable. Breakfast was above average with a great selection of hot and cold offerings. All the staff were friendly throughout the hotel. Management should be commended for having such excellent staff, as these days finding even basic customer service is hard to come by. I didn't expect such a high level of service and comfort and was pleasantly surprised. I will miss this place. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend it.
My family had a marvelous stay in Spain. Our hotel provided us a perfect view of the Sagrada Familia from our room. We were two adults, one child and a toddler and thankfully were provided the necessary accommodation, with a sofa bed, a king-sized bed and a baby cot. Our room was spotless and the breakfast was delicious. There was a good selection of delicious cured ham, fresh fruits such as strawberries, blackberries and blueberries with yogurt, as well as a range of egg dishes, and churros with Nutella. We also had the pleasure of a shopping mall across the road with a great seafood restaurant and a Carrefour to shop in. The only downside was the distance from the attractions, but we always took a taxi to get around.
I had a great stay at the Novotel Barcelona City. Our room was upgraded, and we had the pleasure of staying in room 1629 with a beautiful view of the city. The room was incredibly well kept and clean, with a comfy settee we could relax on to admire the view. The dining room was also kept pristine, and the breakfast selection was delicious. The staff were extremely helpful and professional. We didn't have dinner in the dining room, however from our stay, I can confidently say that this hotel offers an exceptional experience.
I had a great stay at Novotel Barcelona City and highly recommend it. The room was cozy, the staff was friendly and efficient, and the hotel was clean and welcoming. Special thanks to the wonderful Juliette, who was an intern at the hotel and was so helpful and passionate about her work. She really made my stay much easier and more enjoyable. The hotel is well situated, close to all the sights of the city, and the facilities are great. It's the perfect place to stay in Barcelona and I'd highly recommend it to anyone planning a visit.
The stay at Novotel Barcelona City was great. The rooms were clean and comfortable, plus the staff there was simply amazing! Roger and Ferran at the restaurant provided the most impeccable service, while the bar staff at the rooftop bar had the best city views. I couldn't help but feel taken care of. I will definitely stay here again the next time I'm in town. Highly recommend!
