I’ve stayed in hotels from the same group in other locations previously so I was looking for one in this city and it was great! We stayed in a deluxe room with a balcony and had bed and breakfast and the room was great - spacious, clean and tidy with an amazing view from the balcony. The pool is 90cm which is deep enough for me (5ft 6). The breakfast was nice, although there weren't a lot of hot options. The location is perfect - we were able to walk to most places and it was safe at night. All staff were friendly and accommodating. We changed our check out to 3pm for an extra €25. I would definitely stay here again.
This hotel is in an excellent location, with La Sagradia Familia and La Pedrera nearby as well as nearby metro stations. The staff were friendly and breakfast had a good selection of items. The rooftop bar made a perfect spot to relax in the evenings. The rooms were surprisingly silent, so I got a restful sleep during my four night stay. I would definitely recommend this place.
This hotel was great! It was so clean and the location was amazing. You can reach Passeig de Gracia in 8 minutes on foot and Sagrada Familia in 14 minutes. There was a fantastic rooftop area with delicious cocktails and a pool. Anastasia was one of the best receptionists we had ever encountered - she made our 5-year anniversary even more special. Definitely made the right choice by staying here!
Although the lifts were small and a little slow, there were two that were operational. All other aspects of the hotel were top-notch - the staff, service, room, location, and facilities. This is the first time I have taken the time to leave a review and the personnel and management of this establishment deserve it. Thanks to all involved.
This 4-star hotel has comfortable beds and quality finishes in a great spot in the city. We greatly enjoyed our stay and would consider it on a future visit. That said, reviews are beneficial when exact, so here are the drawbacks: The lifts are really tiny and extremely slow, with just two cars to service the whole hotel. As a result, we frequently took the stairs to dodge them. When we left, it took a full 5 minutes to get from the elevator on the fourth floor down to the lobby. The bathroom has automatic lights that switch off after 15 seconds. So when you're taking care of business, the lights go out and you have to wave your arms about like a mad person or stay in complete darkness. There is also no fan and it's pretty close to the beds, so kiss goodbye to any privacy if it matters to you. There's no washcloths either, although this isn't uncommon in Europe. There is a Nespresso in the room (very nice!), but after we used the two pods, they were never refilled. This is really mean for an expensive 4-star hotel! The front desk concierge was clueless and just looked up our query about the neighborhood on the internet.….
