Stayed in the hotel 23rd till 25th of June 2023 and had an unpleasant experience. On the morning of 25th, I realised my LV Belt was stolen from my luggage. It was very disheartening to realise someone had gone through my personal belongings. The management did not handle the issue properly. Overall, very disappointed with the service.
My Barcelona holiday was made extra special by the hotel I stayed at. Joseph gave me a wonderful welcome and upgraded my room to a suite, which was better than I had ever imagined. Moreover, I was delighted to find a complimentary bottle of wine in my room. The room itself was generous in size and featured two TVs. I'm sure I'll be back and staying at the same place again!
The staff at this hotel were amazing! The location was perfect and had plenty of nice amenities. Pablo at the front desk was exceptionally helpful and addressed all of my needs efficiently. I've stayed here three times already and am looking forward to my next visit.

This hotel is located in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore the nearby attractions. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, offering a variety of delicious cuisine. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially Godson, a representative from Africa. He was incredibly helpful and made our stay truly special. I would happily stay here again and recommend it to others.
This accommodation is well located and has easy access to public transport and a range of restaurants. What set this place apart was the remarkable service provided by all staff. On arrival we were greeted with glasses of cava and greeted every morning by Eduardo with amazing enthusiasm. For my daughter's birthday the hotel made a special cake and reserved cava, which made her day that much more special. We were also impressed with the hotel's eco-conscious designs with solar panels cleverly integrated into the building. The room we stayed was modern and comfortable, but the shower/bath design could have been more practical. While the shower/bath was good, we found it difficult to hang clothes and towels with only two hooks available. The fridge had limited space and limited what we could store. Apart from that, the room was clean and the bed really comfortable, with the blackout curtains successfully blocking out the light. All in all, our experience at the hotel was wonderful and we cannot recommend it enough. The staff were remarkable and will make sure that your stay is comfortable. As promised, if we visit Barcelona again, we will be sure to stay there!
