The team here is truly top-notch! Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. We were treated to a complimentary bottle of wine upon our arrival and even given a complimentary room upgrade. The hotel itself was contemporary and spotless. It was also conveniently located, and there was a fantastic restaurant called Gaudine nearby. We'd absolutely recommend this place without hesitation!
Every aspect of our stay was truly outstanding. The service was outstanding and the staff did whatever was in their power to make me and my family feel welcome. The location was superb; we were right in the middle of the action close to numerous eateries and bars. I can unreservedly suggest this hotel to families. The staff goes the extra mile to ensure their guests are looked after, and Godson, the bellhop, went above and beyond throughout our stay. I will without a doubt be returning here for my next trip.
I’m usually put off by a long review, but stick with me here ? I have a lot of praise for this place. As we leave the hotel in our taxi to the airport, I can’t recommend it highly enough. From the moment we pulled up outside, we were warmly greeted and helped with our luggage. Check in was amazing and the staff continued to be through our stay. We tried all of their recommendations and it made our stay perfect ? We were celebrating our anniversary and were offered a wonderful upgrade and the room was beautiful. Nothing was ever too much trouble ?? The hotel is outside of the centre but the area is still great. Nowhere is more than a half hour walk and the bars and restaurants around mean you can eat, drink and shop like a local ? I did some research on social media and admit to being a little concerned, but please don’t let this put you off. The pool has full sunshine and while some may mention poor views, this did not concern us at all. I can’t comment on the food, as we didn’t dine here. But this was only due to there being so much choice around us. I feel sure it would be lovely ? A special mention to the bar man who was very passionate about his job ? Thank you so much ? We will be back! XX
The service here was exceptional - the staff were more than happy to assist us with any questions we had, from recommendations for restaurants to fun activities. We were made to feel incredibly welcome and would absolutely stay here again if we were to return to Barcelona.
We had an amazing stay at this hotel. We were there for 4 nights and the location was great - there was a metro station right across the road. All of the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Eduardo the concierge and Pablo at the reception desk. Even the cleaner was fantastic. We'd love to come back to Barcelona and would definitely stay here again.
