???✨?The location was perfect, right off las Rambas and close to all the top attractions and shopping areas. The interior garden was a tranquil oasis to unwind and enjoy a few drinks. The room was cozy, tidy, and spacious. The breakfast spread was delicious and satisfying. But what truly stood out was the incredible staff. They were all so attentive, helpful, and caring, while still maintaining a high level of professionalism. When we arrived late, exhausted, and frustrated after losing a bag at the airport, Camila and the reception team were understanding and sympathetic, instantly making us feel better. Bou gave us great recommendations for tours and was always there to assist with anything we needed. And Nuria was lovely during breakfast, making sure we had everything we needed. Overall, this hotel had the perfect balance of convenience, relaxation, and friendliness, making it one of the best places I've stayed at.??

? My recent world travels have been filled with wonderful experiences, but sadly this hotel did not live up to its supposed 4 star rating. It was more like a two-star, ? with rundown and ? dirty rooms and common areas. My room was uncomfortably hot, with a broken thermostat stuck at 80 degrees F. To top it off, the furniture was also broken and the coffee pot gave me a literal shock. ? I would advise others to avoid this disappointment.

Overall, I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Barcelona. The location was prime, just a short walk from La Ramblas. Our room had a lovely balcony that overlooked a peaceful garden. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the room had all the necessary facilities, including a mini bar. We booked a package that included breakfast, and I must say, it was an impressive spread with a wide variety of food options. Additionally, the staff were all very friendly and helpful which made our stay even more enjoyable.

Our stay was fantastic! Upon arrival, we were aware that our room wouldn't be ready due to disembarking from our cruise early. However, this was not a problem as we dropped off our belongings and took the opportunity to explore the city. When we returned to the hotel at around 4pm to freshen up before dinner, our room was ready and waiting for us. The room itself may have been a bit outdated, but it was spacious and perfect for our family of four, with a large double bed and bunk beds for our children. The bathroom was also immaculately clean and modern. Unfortunately, our early flight prevented us from trying the highly recommended breakfast, but we could tell it would have been delicious. The hotel's garden areas were also well-maintained and added to the overall charm of the place. If we ever find ourselves in Barcelona again, we would definitely consider staying here again as it was not only conveniently located, but also reasonably priced.
