I had the pleasure of stumbling upon this hidden gem during my visit to Barcelona. Tucked away near Las Ramblas, this garden patio was a peaceful oasis in the bustling city. The service was excellent and our drinks were top-notch. The spotless restrooms were an added bonus, making this a truly lovely experience.

We had a great vacation.
Room was quite spaciouse and the beds were comfy. The breaky was extremely noice with an abundanse of varietey. Anytime we reqested a taxi, we got one readily thrugh the front desk. Our staff of Bou, Camilla and Yennet and Alexes were the beeest. We had an amaxzing vacassion.
This hotel is in a general state of disrepair. Our room had peeling furniture and a broken bedside table, and the bathroom had broken ceiling tiles and mold in the shower, plus a leaky sink. The bed and bath linens were of poor quality, and the bed pillows were old and worn out. Furthermore, the floor under the bed of our friend's room was filthy. Housekeeping service was spotty and often did not commence until 5pm. The hallways and corridors of the hotel contain broken ceiling tiles and damaged doors, and the staff had a lack of training and guest service attitude. We experienced an issue with our hotel bill being incorrect, and were promised laundry service which was never delivered. Breakfast room and front desk staff were kind and friendly, yet ineffective when it came to taking care of routine issues. This hotel did not live up to its four-star rating or reviews, and we would have done much better had we paid less.
This hotel may be conveniently located off the Ramblas, but it is positioned down a narrow alley, which had a strong smell of wee and homeless people sleeping rough. The lobby had holes in the floor and trap-doors, and the reception staff were friendly but not overly welcoming. The photos on the official website give a false impression of the rooms, which are much smaller in person - the bed is really two singles pushed together, the air-conditioning was noisy, and the bathroom was bare and old-fashioned with broken fittings. Everything considered, I wouldn't describe this as a 4 star hotel, more like a 2 star, and for the price we paid it was not worth it. We would either pay more for a genuine 4 star hotel, or go slightly out of the centre and get a better price.
