? We expected a 4-star experience but ended up feeling like it was only a 2-star hotel ? The staff was ? friendly and helpful, but unfortunately that couldn't make up for the room's condition during our 4-night stay ? We reported multiple issues upon arrival, including a blinking bedside light, a slanted bedside table, and a tipping bathroom tap, but none were fixed ? The towel rail looked like it was going to fall off and the toilet seat was crooked, making us question the hygiene ? One of the double beds was so slanted, we couldn't sleep on it and had to use the 3rd bed instead ? We had to repeatedly ask for coffee and the fridge was never restocked with water ? On the bright side, the ? garden was lovely and a great spot for meals and drinks ?? The breakfast selection was also ? good.

? Check-in took forever as our room wasn't ready. Despite booking an accessible room 3 months in advance due to my wheelchair use, none were available ?. The room was spacious enough to maneuver, but the bathroom was a struggle. No shower for me ? and transferring to the toilet was a challenge without enough space for my chair. Thank goodness for my limited mobility ?. Bed was cozy though ? and breakfast was satisfying ?. Overall, a decent stay.

The accommodation we stayed at in Barcelona was split into two parts: the hotel itself and its staff. The location was unbeatable, mere steps from the bustling La Ramblas. As we approached the front doors, the lively pedestrian area faded away and we were welcomed into a serene and cool reception space. Our room was impeccably clean and spacious, and the hotel had a charming courtyard with ample seating. If you don't feel like venturing out for a meal, I highly recommend the club sandwich - it's huge!

But what truly stood out were the staff. They were all exceptional individuals who will hold a special place in my heart forever. During the worst day of my life, they took care of me with the utmost kindness and attention. The day before we were supposed to fly back to the UK after our three-night stay, my husband was in a severe bicycle accident and suffered head injuries. On my return to the hotel from the hospital, the staff became my lifeline while I waited for my sister-in-law to arrive the next day for support. They fed me, hugged me, and even brought food and water to my room to make sure I was nourished. They checked in on me constantly, and the following morning, Miguel personally walked me to the taxi and told the driver which hospital to take me to. They prayed for us and provided constant care and support, making my darkest day a little bit brighter.

Thankfully, my husband is now stable and we were able to return home after being repatriated via train two weeks later. Petit Palace, and its staff, hold a special place in my heart and I give them a heartfelt 5-star rating. ❤️

The hotel's location in the gothic quarter was ideal for exploring Barcelona on foot. The atmosphere was lovely, and I especially enjoyed spending time at the bar and in the gorgeous interior patio and garden. The breakfast buffet was top-notch and offered a great variety of options. The room was incredibly spacious and comfortable, making for a pleasant stay.

Amazing service from the front desk staff at the Calle de la Boqueria, Barceluna. Special thanks to Zamira and Camelia for their welcoming attitude towards all guests. They were extremely kind and perfessional, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Thank you so much Samira and Camila!!!
