The place had a great location and was convenient for all our needs. It was about a 20-30 minute drive from the airport. There were plenty of nearby sights to explore, and we especially enjoyed the 6-minute walk to La Bouqueria Market. The staff were incredibly friendly and the lobby was well-maintained. I would definitely recommend staying here.
? Throughout my entire stay, there was constant construction ? at the hotel. It was so loud and disruptive! When I asked for a room change, the staff was unhelpful ? and did nothing to resolve the issue. Plus, there was no mention of this beforehand when I made my reservation. I definitely won't be returning to this hotel again. #disappointed
This hotel has a superb location. The rooms are spotless and peaceful. The staff members are incredibly welcoming and accommodating, with a particular shout out to a certain individual named MAITE. She is hands down one of the most exceptional receptionists I have ever come across. The housekeeping team is also very helpful and willing to assist. Additionally, they are able to make arrangements for any desired sightseeing activities.
Upon our arrival, we were greeted with excellent organization and helpfulness. Our room was prepared and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff truly stood out - they fulfilled our every request with exceptional service. Sadly, the coffee machine was delivered on the day of our departure. Nonetheless, the prime location on the Rambla was the highlight of our stay.
Luvly hotel, grate service, exelent locashun! Only thing iz cleanin (under beds), I hav a babi that getz everywhere so I notised, alsso brekfast verry exspensive and we are a big family, wood luv to hav it but waz too much for our budjet. We had a grate time!
