Upon arriving at our hotel, we were immediately greeted with top-notch service. Janis and his crew warmly welcomed us and had us feeling right at home. The lavish perks, particularly the Dipyque shower jelly, added a touch of royalty. The hotel itself boasted exquisite French furnishings, creating a truly grand and elegant ambiance. However, as a weary Asian explorer traveling through Europe for over two weeks, I started to yearn for a taste of my homeland. The hotel's customary European breakfast was lovely, but after four days, I hungered for a change of fare. Thankfully, Paulina, one of the hotel's staff, graciously arranged for the kitchen to whip up a soothing bowl of noodles with soup on our final day. This sweet gesture truly meant the world to us and showcased the staff's willingness to go above and beyond. And I must give a special shoutout to Giovanna for tending to my travel companion's illness by offering fresh mint leaves, ginger chunks, and lemon to aid in her recovery. This level of attentive and personalized care left a lasting imprint on our trip. In a nutshell, this hotel not only impresses with its impressive decorations and deluxe amenities, but it also shines for its outstanding service and dedication to guests' desires. I highly recommend it for a magnificent stay in Barcelona!

I would highly recommend staying at this hotel in Barcelona. Its location near the metro makes it easy to get around, and it's not far from the main attractions and old town. The staff were all very friendly and made me feel welcome. The hotel itself has a luxurious feel to it, with amenities and a bathroom that are a definite upgrade from the standard hotel experience. I had a wonderful stay here and would definitely come back.

The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our request for a room change and found us a new one ?. The rooms were so luxurious, especially the ? with his and hers sinks and yacht-like fixtures. And let me tell you, the bed was like sleeping on ☁️, so dreamy. ? were always on hand and even treated us to ☕️ one day, which was a lovely surprise. Overall, a ? experience and I would definitely come back!
