Everything was perfect, the staff were incredibly attentive and welcoming!! The pool with the rooftop view was amazing and the breakfast had lots of variety and was incredibly fresh. The hotel is in a great location, with the beach being only a short distance away. We would highly recommend this place!
Staying at this Barcelona hotel was an absolutely fantastic experience. From the moment I checked in, the staff went above and beyond to ensure a flawless stay. Everyone I interacted with was incredibly kind and courteous, always with a big smile. I had an incredible stay at Sofitel Barcelona Skipper! The hotel was gorgeous and the roof terrace was stunning - it was the perfect spot to view the city from. What made the experience even better was the incredible service I was given by the staff and especially the receptionist Jihane, who was incredibly attentive and made sure that I had a wonderful time! I can't wait to come back again in the near future!
First class hotel in fabulous location. Only been open 9/10 months so everything is new. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. As a family we stayed in an Opera Suite with connecting Premium room. Very comfortable and spacious. Very tastefully decorated and sumptuous. We were welcomed with champagne, fruit and biscuits in the room - a lovely touch. Breakfast was leisurely, never felt rushed even if going in towards the end of service. Food always replenished with wide variety of choice. Fresh and excellent quality. Special mention to our waiter Diogo, who always had a smile on his face. Always polite, efficient and helpful. Highly recommended. If we were to return to the city we would not hesitate to stay here again. In response to a previous review commenting on techno dance music, we were at the hotel around the same time, staying on the 5th floor and could not hear the music. ….
The staff at this hotel were absolutely wonderful. From Hugo to everyone else, they all went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. We were really impressed by their helpfulness. The location was ideal with a fantastic rooftop pool for taking in the view. Our room was lovely and we had a delightful view. This hotel makes it easy to explore Barcelona in comfort and joy. We highly recommend it!
