My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel in Barcelona. The location was perfect, and the staff truly made our visit exceptional. From the friendly front desk, to the excellent service at the restaurants and bar, and even the attentive door staff - everyone went above and beyond to ensure our stay was a delight. When we return to Barcelona, we will definitely be choosing this hotel again. Thank you to all who made our time here so wonderful.
Our recent trip to Barcelona was absolutely perfect for our family. From the warm welcome we received from the staff to the thoughtful gift given to our 8-year-old daughter upon arrival, we felt so well taken care of. The entire team was incredibly friendly and provided excellent service at all times - from the reception desk, to the breakfast area, to the bar, and even with the chambermaids. And the location couldn't have been more ideal, right on the beach with easy access to buses and subways.
My recent visit to a hotel in Barcelona was absolutely delightful. This was my second visit, and being a returning customer, I was curious to see if my previous complaints during their initial opening had been resolved. I was pleasantly surprised to find that not only were the glitches fixed, but the staff went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. The rooms were beautifully decorated and the service was impeccable. The location was ideal, being close to the beach and within walking distance of popular tourist attractions, shopping areas, and restaurants. I had my reservations about the distance from the city center, but the conveniently located metro station made exploring Barcelona a breeze. I am already looking forward to my next trip and hope to experience this level of excellence again.

I recently stayed in Barcelona for 3 nights at a hotel located near the coast. It was during a work trip, and I must say, I was not disappointed. The hotel was beautifully decorated with a modern touch and the rooms were spacious, comfortable and impeccably clean. The bed was large and the duvet and pillows were truly heavenly. The breakfast spread was impressive with a wide variety of options, including delicious vegetarian choices. The hotel has two pools, one at a lower level and another on the rooftop, both of which were well-maintained and perfect for a relaxing swim. The pool bars served great food and drinks, making the experience even better. My only complaint would be that I needed to work during my stay, and unfortunately, the room did not have a proper desk and chair. While there was a comfortable sofa chair and a low coffee table, it was not suitable for working on a laptop for extended periods. I ended up going to the rooftop to work and have lunch with colleagues. While the food was good, we had a bit of difficulty with our bill as they kept getting it wrong, despite repeated reminders. In the end, we left without fully resolving the issue as we had flights to catch. Other than that, my overall experience at the hotel was lovely and I would recommend it to anyone visiting Barcelona.
The service at this hotel was exceptional, with the concierge, Hugo, providing a true feeling of being welcomed home. He was truly exceptional. The hotel's location close to the beach was convenient and cabs made it easy to reach the city quickly. The rooms were not only lovely but also functional. The only aspect that could be viewed negatively was the pricey fee of €65 for ironing just two shirts and a pair of pants.
