? Stayed one night for an early flight departure. The atmosphere was ? efficient and ? modern, with ? clean rooms and a ? great bed. The shuttle service was exactly what we needed. The ?️ basic restaurant was perfect for a short stay, but maybe not for a special dinner or lunch. However, some dishes (? salad, ? grilled pork) were excellent. Overall, a solid choice for a layover.
? Just had the worst experience at ? airport ? rental. When I returned my car after 3 weeks, ? employees ignored me for 15 minutes and refused to inspect the car. The next day, I get a notice of damages and they charge my credit card ?. My family who rented from a different company said there was no damage. Such a ? scam! To top it off, even the head office ignored my report. ?
This hotel is a fantastic option for those traveling through Barcelona's airport. The room we stayed in was spacious and well-maintained, complete with a tea station and complimentary water. The staff at the front desk were exceptionally friendly and polite. If you have a long layover between flights, this is the perfect place to stay. The hotel provides a free shuttle service 24/7 to and from both terminal 1 and terminal 2. The shuttle runs every 40 minutes at night and every 20 minutes during the day.
My recent stay at a hotel in Barcelona was by far the worst experience I've had in decades. Despite its name, the hotel is not actually located at the airport, and taking a cab there will cost you around 20 Euros. If you're not skilled at bargaining, you can expect to pay even more. The surrounding area is unappealing, as it is situated in a dull corporate park with warehouses and no attractions nearby. To make matters worse, the receptionist was incredibly rude, making it clear that my presence was not welcome. I highly recommend avoiding this hotel and instead booking a Sleep and Fly option at Terminal 1.
Unfortunately, our stay was completely ruined by an incident where we were not allowed to board the hotel shuttle bus due to our suitcase being deemed too large. This resulted in us having to rush to get a taxi and consequently making us late. It was absurd that our suitcase was considered too big for the van as it was mostly empty and could have easily accommodated our luggage. This caused us to wait for a long time before finally being able to leave.
