This spot was great for a quick stay! It was clean, efficient, and had a nice room. However, the room did not have an ice machine or coffee maker, and there was a window in the shower that could be seen by other guests. We decided not to purchase the breakfast option as my spouse does not eat breakfast. I did, however, get the buffet which was good. They cooked a delicious omelet. All in all, this place made for a nice place to stay for a night.
We stayed in a hotel for one night only and it was a very pleasant experience. We found it to be very clean, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. There was a great selection of food available for breakfast and the hotel's airport shuttle service was really convenient.
?♀️ Myself and another guest were robbed by some pretending to be hotel employees in broad daylight at around noon, when we arrived. No security to be found ?♂️ despite knowing that thieves commonly operate in the area. The hotel staff showed no sympathy ?, nor did they send a car to pick us up from the police station after we gave our statement. The manager wasn't present and the staff offered no help whatsoever. ? The thieves walked out from inside the hotel and pretended to be hotel staff when the shuttle bus arrived, stole a guest’s backpack and then came around the corner and accosted me and stole my handbag ?. According to the police, this place is a big problem and they are aware of this criminal activity yet still lack security out front. ? Never again will I stay in this hotel. The police, though, were very helpful...?
Booked a deluxe room with a double bed for one traveler. Made clear that due to medical reasons a double bed was necessary. Upon arrival, paid tourist tax, but was met with a rude, sarcastic, unhelpful, and unprofessional receptionist. My room was not what had been promised, containing two separate beds. Requested a refund, and the shift manager on duty agreed and asked Agoda to arrange it. Called Agoda while at the hotel and confirmed the manager’s name and the refund agreement. Had to sleep at the airport — yet I was still charged for a deluxe room. Although I was promised a refund after several days, they refused to pay it back. Awful customer service and very unpleasant experience. Manager on duty was lying.
We chose this accommodation option mainly due to its proximity to the airport and the fact that we'd never been to Barcelona before. There's a convenient 24 hour shuttle service from the airport and the hotel itself is pretty large. Located close to an Amazon warehouse on a working estate, the area is pleasant but not particularly picturesque. During our stay, we found the accommodation to be comfortable and not the cheapest, but with an excellent breakfast. It was busy yet peaceful and had a seasonal swimming pool. The rooms were great, with large beds and good shower, TV, etc. We were a bit unsure about staying there for 5 nights as it's 10km away from the City centre. However, it's no problem at all as there's very good public transport, with a regular bus outside the hotel that takes you to the City and a Metro station (Mas Blau) within a 15 mins walk. Purchasing the Halo TMB all routes travel card for the length of stay worked out around £7 per day each, so the value was obvious. With this, we had no problem getting around and visiting everywhere we wanted. All in all, our stay worked out really well.
