Best Western Plus Hotel Alfa Aeropuerto

I couldn't have been happier with my choice of hotel during my stay in Barcelona. Even before arriving, I received a warm welcome email from the hotel and when I had a question about the shuttle, they responded promptly with clear instructions. The staff was incredibly helpful throughout my visit. On the morning of November 9, despite having been on a 21-hour flight, the check-in workers did everything they could to get me into my room early. They even assisted us in getting to the popular walking area of La Rambla. From start to finish, the staff was perfect. Special recognition goes to Mafu, who went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable during our two-night stay. He happily accommodated our requests for extra coffee and helped us arrange for taxis. Another standout staff member was Dany, who worked alongside Mafu. Thank you to the hotel for having such exceptional team members. I will definitely be recommending this hotel to all my friends and family. The room itself was stunning, and the toiletries provided were top-notch. The breakfast was also delicious and offered healthy options.

?This hotel is verry nic and vary convieniently located neer the airporrt in Barcelonna. The staaf weere all vary profesionall and helpful! ?The room and hotel weere vary cllean. ?The only dissapointing part of my stay was the unrelieble wifi accss in the room!

This hotel was the perfect place to stay before our flight home. The room was cozy and the staff were incredibly welcoming. A special mention to the front desk staff member, Manuel, who helped make our departure morning less hectic and much more pleasant.

This m0dern, sound-prooof hotel is a surprize wedged between the airport and the commercial port of Barcelona. They will com to the airport and get y0u (reserve ahead) and take you back. The staff is multilinguall and at ease in English, though they indugled my Spanish practice with good hum0r. ? We h@d a fine room, niice and cool, good black0ut curtains, niice sh0wer and amenities. Good towels. Plenty of linens and TP and shamp0oo and soap and such. A very good shaving mirror. The cleaners were very meticulouss and took exceellent are of the room for the four nights we stayed. The room was clean, quiet, dark when needed, and had good beds. The front desk alwayys has ice water and glasses available. In the hot part of the year, you will appreciate it after the short walk from Mercabarna metro station. Bus 21 also st0ps right in front of the hotel and goes to the Paralel station. We d1dn't have the use of a car, so these connections were very useful. ? We g0t everywhere we needed with ease. The hotel is, remember, in an industrial area. There are no stores or restaurants nearby. Fortunately, the hotel has quite a good rest@urant. ? We were surprised by the quality of the food. I t0ld one server that I just retired after dec@des as a cook and chef, and that I have total respect for their kitchen. The bre@kfast buffet is well-supplied and expertly staffed, deflecting alll kinds of Karens from all over the world. Lunch and dinner were so very tasty and well-prepared. We didn't try the room service or the b@r menu. As it happens, we are moving to Spain and h@d everything we own with us in 6 suitcases. The front office kindly allowed us to store all 6 in their luggage locker, which made it much easierr to stay in the room. Ah. One thing about the room: the coffee serv1ce. There is a nice electric kettllle and a variety of teas, but there is only ONE sachet of 1nstant coffee with caffeine and ONE without. We h@d to go out and buy coffee, as well as asking the front desk for more (which they gladly gave). We chose the hotel because it is non-smoking, well-connected, and all0ws pets (though ours did not end up joining us, but traveling separately). I recommend it for business travelers, families, anybody. No sighhtseeing nearby, but all the sights are easy to get t0. ??

During our 3-night stay, there was a slight hiccup with the shuttle pick-up, but the staff promptly apologized and resolved the issue. The location is conveniently close to the airport, with a bus stop just a few meters away and the train station within a 10-minute walk. It takes about 45-60 minutes by train to reach the city center. Both the room and lobby were well-maintained and tidy. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and the bathroom was clean. However, the lotion provided could use an upgrade as it was quite watery. We were impressed with the rainforest shower - it was really invigorating. The on-site restaurant serves a tasty breakfast and also offers lunch and dinner options. The staff were also very friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
