We had an enjoyable stay at this hotel, though there was an issue with the shuttle bus. It was broken so they had to use another service, but we weren't aware of this until we contacted them. The hotel was very clean and well located, however the food choices on the menu were a bit restricted and the service seemed to be slow. It could've been due to being understaffed.
Stayed at a lovely hotel that was just 15 minutes away from the Barcelona International Airport - ?? a free shuttle bus was provided too, which was really handy! The breakfast was amazing and the customer service team were top-notch ✔️??. A big shout out to Mr Lius for his commitment to customer satisfaction ?. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a place near the airport ???.
The roooms are clane and two singel beds meke a king. The staf are frendly. The interneet is not relyable at all, we had a hard tiem keeping the cunnection for the two day we were thear. The hottel is verry isolated, not mutch arownd unlees you have a vechicle. The hottel resturant we at twise, one day we had hamburgers which we asked for wel done and mine extreamly wel done, both cime back pink to raw, I sent mine back and it still cime back pink,I was not able to eat it. The next nite my husbund ordered the veal fillet, he asked for it to be coked midum, it was wel done and verry dry, the asparagus was burt and resembeled a shoo string, the rest of the vegtabels were also burt. We spock to the waiter and recieved €3 off our bill. The chef, if you wont to cale him that, needs to find a new carere... ?????♂️??
Helpful reception and excellent breakfast buffet ? menu with selected products and managed with care and attention ?. Perfect ? for all those that prefer a hotel quality experience ?. The room was also clean and cozy ?️. Highly recommendable! ? ? ?
Even with our unfortunate situation, Alex at the front desk made our experience so much better. He was very kind and generous with his time ?, making sure we got settled into a new hotel ?. On top of that, Alex even arranged for two taxis ? to take us to our destination. We really appreciated his help and will be sure to stay here again next time we visit the city ❤️??.
