My husband and I stayed at this hotel and absolutely loved it. It boasted spotless rooms with a modern design and the staff were all very kind. The only downside, for us, was the surrounding area- Uber Eats wasn't the most extensive. All in all, we would most definitely stay here again.
The customer service at this hotel was great - the staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were spotless and comfortable and the dining room was easy to find, although the later opening times were a bit unusual for us Americans. A real bonus was a video detailing how to get from the airport to the hotel shuttle; it was a great feature and we wish more places had it.
This hotel is not ideal for those seeking easy access to and from the airport. Shuttle service is limited to morning and evening, leaving a big gap in the afternoon. Additionally, the hotel is located in a relatively remote area with limited resources nearby. The reception is also understaffed, so visitors may experience longer than expected wait times.
This hotel was immaculate, the rooms were cozy and the shuttle to the airport was a major plus. What really made this trip beyond expectations was the hospitality of the front desk staff. In particular, Silvia was incredibly friendly during our check-in and provided us with great directions to get to the City Center. She informed us about the bus and metro, and gave us clear instructions on which stop to get off at. We would happily stay here for our next trip to Barcelona.
We were absolutely delighted with our stay at Best Western Plus Hotel Alfa Aeropuerto. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming upon our arrival and the hotel interior and exterior were kept meticulously clean and tidy. Our room was spotless and very spacious and the beds were extremely comfortable. The shuttle service to the airport was punctual and efficient, even for the 05:00 pickup, which was a pleasant surprise. The restaurant was outstanding, with excellent food and service and prices that were surprisingly reasonable. We weren't able to try the breakfast as we had to catch the early morning shuttle, but we would definitely recommend this hotel to others and would love all airport hotels in the future to be modelled on this one.
