Hotel offers a a free shuttle to terminals and a city bus can bring you to Barcelona city center. Staff is very friendly and helpful, rooms clean and comfortable. For a pit stop!

This hotel is a bit overpriced in my opinion. The shuttle service from the airport only runs for certain hours, which wasn't made clear in advance. It costed 22 Euros for a taxi ride, on top of a pricey room rate and an extra fee for the breakfast. I would highly suggest looking into other hotels.
The staff were friendly and helpful ?, but unfortunately the restaurant got our orders wrong 4 times during 1 dinner ?♀️. The appetizer was good ?, but the fish was uneatable, too much hot pepper to the point ? I couldn’t feel my lips! The pillows were awful ?, high and hard, and the mattresses very uncomfortable ?, the worst I had in a hotel. To top it off ?, there was party music blasting at 12 midnight ? and when I called the front office they said it had been happening the night before until 3 am and they couldn’t do anything... ? We were eventually moved to the other side of the hotel away from the party ?, although they could have checked and put us there in the first place ?. It's also not particularly close to the airport ?♂️, it's 25 min away by shuttle. All in all, don't stay here ?♀️, not worth the money.
I stayed in a hotel near the airport. Despite the inconvenient shuttle schedule, the room I got was decent. The walls were thin though and it looked out onto a loud street. I would recommend getting ear plugs if you stay here. My shuttle wait was 50 minutes, so I'm not sure what the driver was doing. Thankfully, the ride back only took 12 minutes.
This Best Western Plus Hotel Alfa Aeropuerto is a great choice for anyone looking for an enjoyable stay in Barcelona! Unfortunately, the shuttle service only runs until 5am or 5:30am in the morning, so if you have an earlier flight, you'll need to take a taxi (around $30). Plus, food services on the premises aren't available between 4pm-8pm, so make sure you take this into account when planning your trip.
This hotel was situated close to the airport and was very tidy. The check-in staff and all of the other staff during our stay were very kind and friendly. There was a pleasant river and park nearby. There was one member of staff in particular on the evening shift at the front desk who really went above and beyond. Manuel was incredibly accommodating and helpful when we were leaving in the early hours and he took the time to ensure that our taxi and luggage were sorted and even gave our daughters some entertainment!.
