We had the pleasure of staying in a double room with breakfast included. The variety of foods offered at breakfast was excellent, with freshly prepared dishes like omelets, churros, and pancakes. You'd also be hard pressed to find better coffee at a buffet. Our room was surprisingly spacious, in spite of what people have said about it being small. As a nice touch, we were offered welcome cookies and each day had a new bottle of water and Nespresso capsules. The duvets were warm, and we had a choice of pillows to pick from. Cooling off from the Barcelona heat was made easy with the air conditioning system, which worked just fine. During our stay, service in the restaurant was spot-on, and we strongly suggest you try their caipirinha. Plus, it's great to know that every room has an umbrella, especially for that one rainy day in August. All in all, the hotel offers great value for money and we'd highly recommend it.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Even though our stay was very short, we had a great time at this hotel due to the incredible hospitality of the staff. We arrived very late in the evening, after a long day of travel and flight delays, and were warmly welcomed by the receptionist who gave us a peaceful room. The breakfast was delicious and abundant. We're looking forward to visiting again soon ???
The location of this hotel is great. We got upgraded to a superior room that offered views of the Plaza Catalunya, which were stunning. We had a few hiccups at the reception desk though, the attendant wasn't very pleasant in addressing us. We had specifically booked the single bed in the photo we had seen, but instead, we were given two joined single beds. When we mentioned this they simply told us that we hadn't asked for a double bed (in a quite rude manner). If you pay for a superior room, you're obviously looking for comfort and it's expected that you get what you pay for, and at least a bit of courteousness from customer service. After that unpleasantness, the rest of the stay was very pleasant, especially Nacho's attentive check-in.

We spent 2 nights at this hotel, which offered 3 rooms on the 3rd floor. The location was incredible and, as we had rooms facing the back, it was surprisingly quiet. The staff were very accommodating; we arrived early from our cruise and were able to drop off our luggage for safekeeping while we explored the city. We received our rooms ahead of schedule, which was great, and an included breakfast was an added bonus. Unfortunately, renovations were underway during our visit, so it wasn't the most peaceful when we returned to the hotel in the afternoon.
This hotel was conveniently located near all the must-see sites in Barcelona, with a bus and metro station nearby for added convenience. The air conditioning worked well, and, though I did not take advantage of it, breakfast probably would have been excellent as well. This would be a great choice for a family visit.
