As the name indicates the Boutique Hotel H10 Catalunya Plaza is located on the most famous square in Barcelona : the Plaza Catalunya. On top of Las Ramblas is difficult to be more at the center of the city and so close to ereas to visit in the city: L'Eixample, the Gothic Quarter, the Ciudad Vella and a little farther El Born.
Concretely this means that you can visit by walking the Boqueria Market, the Liceu, "El Cortes Ingles" the most famous of the great Spanish stores, the Palau de la Música - the Palace of Catalan Music, The Cathedral to only mention the most emblematic places of Barcelona next to this hotel.The H10 hotel group is known for the quality of its 12 hotels in Barcelona.Boutique Hotel H10 Catalunya Plaza is at the image of this group, modern and contemporary.. In a building fully renovated, 46 rooms that seems to haveeach its own personality. We also liked the restaurant « 1892 », the « bar library » for relaxation and the terrace called "the Garden" decorated with greenery and wood, so cool that many 4 star hotels should visit it.Peace and pleasure in the city center. We had a wonderful time staying at this hotel. Booked a larger room with a loveseat near the floor-to-ceiling windows with a door that opened for fresh air. We were in room 205 (actually the 4th floor), which didn't have much of a view, but the tradeoff was a quiet and tranquil experience. Across the street was the Plaza Catalunya where we booked the hop on hop off bus + museum passes with Metro access (well worth it). Just steps from the front door was a Metro stop and down the street a couple of blocks was the start of Las Ramblas. A wonderful breakfast was included. Staff were very attentive. Wasn't in love with the one cup at a time hot beverage machine, but it worked.
This was the ideal spot for our first visit to Barcelona. Sitting at the top of Las Ramblas on Plaza Catalunya, there was easy access to hop on hop off bus tours, Metro and taxis just outside the main entrance. We stayed in a room with an inner courtyard, Room #205, which had no views but was extremely peaceful in the evening. There was a wall of windows with a door that opened, allowing fresh air into the room. There was a small loveseat that gave us a chance to relax away from the bed. Beds were exceptionally comfortable and the bathroom modern and spotless. The room amenities were great with a welcome gesture of a split bottle of red wine and chocolates. Breakfast was also included and had an amazing selection of buffet-service.

We had an amazing stay at the boutique hotel right at La Rambla, overlooking Catalunya Plaza. The location was perfect for exploring the city by foot and convenient for public transport, with the Airport Bus and metro just across the road. The staff were all so friendly and helpful, from breakfast attendants to Roger at Reception - true ambassadors of the hotel. The room was immaculate and comfortable, with a lovely bathroom and all the amenties we could need, plus a Nespresso machine - with extra capsules available from Reception. We could also enjoy watching and listening to the hustle and bustle of the Plaza, as our room faced it and had large doors opening out onto a French balcony. We would definitely recommend this place!
This hotel is a must-visit! Highly recommended for anyone looking for a great stay in one of the world's best cities. The attentive staff provided superb service and the array of breakfast options were fantastic. From cakes, pastries and fresh fruit to cooked dishes, there was something for everyone. Many thoughtful touches were included in our stay and nothing was too much trouble. If possible, try to book a room with a balcony - it'll truly make your experience one to remember. We can't wait to come back soon!
I had a wonderful stay at Boutique Hotel H10 Catalunya Plaza. The two-bedroom apartment we occupied was simply stunning - it had a modern, chic design and was spotlessly clean. We appreciated the peaceful atmosphere too. The staff in reception were friendly and able to answer any questions we had. The hotel's central location was another highlight - it was perfect for discovering the sights and attractions of Barcelona. I would definitely recommend Boutique Hotel H10 Catalunya Plaza to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in this vibrant city, and I look forward to staying here again in the future.
