A just renovated modernist building, Catalonia Catedral Hotel is located in the heart of the Gothic Quarter of Barcelona (Barri Gotic). The hotel is by the Cathedral, Plaça Sant Jaume and the unavoidable shopping street of Portal de l’Àngel. After a day of shopping or cultural visits you will need nothing else that your new room with big shower. You can also enjoy a drink in the lobby bar or the international cuisine in the hotel restaurant even though we recommend other restaurants in Barcelona.

The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the heart of Barcelona. Unlike the busy Las Ramblas nearby, it was pleasantly quiet and peaceful. The room was well-maintained and spotless, and the staff were consistently friendly and hospitable. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options and was satisfying. One evening, we tried the restaurant's fixed menu which included 5 tapas at a reasonable price. We were pleasantly surprised by the delicious flavors and our waiter, Nico, was fantastic.
I had the most AMAZING ? stay at Catalonia Cathedral Hotel in Barcelona! ? The staff and location were absolutely outstanding! ? This was the final stop on my Christmas trip, after visiting Madrid ?? and Portugal ?? . And let me tell you, I did not regret it one bit! ? The staff was super helpful in recommending places to visit and where to eat. ?️ The location couldn't have been better, perfect for exploring the city. ?️ The rooms were spotless and the staff took great care of the surroundings. ? And let's not forget about the amazing selection of food and drinks at the bar and restaurant. ? A special thanks to Ferran for his exceptional help and recommendations! ? I would definitely stay here again without a doubt. ?
We enjoyed dinner at a hotel restaurant a few nights ago. The food was authentic and reasonably priced, making it a reliable choice. The 34 Euro menu includes a satisfying variety of 4 tapas, main dishes, and dessert. The portions were generous. We would like to thank our servers Marcel and Art for their exceptionally friendly, efficient, and fantastic service!

We were thoroughly impressed with the boutique hotel we stayed at! The location in Las Ramblas couldn't have been better, making it convenient to explore all over Barcelona. The exceptional service from the staff stood out, and the place was immaculately clean with a delightful scent. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the showers were top-notch. Not to mention, the bar was fantastic! Tina and Art, the bar managers, went above and beyond with their impeccable customer service and hospitality. We had a fantastic experience and will definitely return in the future.
