A just renovated modernist building, Catalonia Catedral Hotel is located in the heart of the Gothic Quarter of Barcelona (Barri Gotic). The hotel is by the Cathedral, Plaça Sant Jaume and the unavoidable shopping street of Portal de l’Àngel. After a day of shopping or cultural visits you will need nothing else that your new room with big shower. You can also enjoy a drink in the lobby bar or the international cuisine in the hotel restaurant even though we recommend other restaurants in Barcelona.

Stayed at a lovely ? in the heart of Barcelona! Minutes away from all the ? attractions. Everyone on the staff was super ? and accommodating and the head of the reception even gave us a ? for our daughter's birthday. The ? were comfortable and the decorations were beautiful. All in all, it was a fantastic stay for an amazing ?! ???
Our 5 night stay in the Gothic quarter of Barcelona was a pleasant one. We arrived at 1 a.m. and were delighted to find the hotel ready for us. All was great, although I would have liked the pillow to be smaller and thinner.
My family and I had an incredible time staying in this hotel! The staff were really friendly and helpful ?, and the location was ideal - so close to La Rambla ?! We loved the rooftop bar and pool ?♀️, and were impressed by the beauty of Barcelona ?. The restaurants were delicious ?, and the atmosphere of the city was so energising ⚡️. We can't wait to come back one day ☺️!
This accommodation provided an exceptional experience! The employees were extremely polite and accommodating. The atmosphere was great and the kids loved having use of the pool, even though the water was a tad chilly. That didn't matter much in light of the perfect weather we had.
A great find among the Gothic quarter. This spot is around the corner of the cathedral and very close to the vibrant La Rambla. The only small issue is that face towels are not available, so be sure to bring your own when travelling in Europe.
