We had reserved a room for three people through a booking site, but upon arriving at the hotel at 4 p.m., we were told that the room was not available. The receptionist offered us two separate rooms instead, which we had to pay for. After some discussion, the receptionist and their superior came up with a solution: two rooms for the same price as the one we had booked. It ended up being a great weekend, albeit ironic that we had to stay in two separate rooms with my kids. However, when we checked out two days later, we were unpleasantly surprised to find out we had to pay an additional 100€ because we had used the pool twice without knowing there was a charge of 13€ per person for 1 hour each time (the pool, spa, and hammam were not operational). Despite the clean rooms and convenient location of the hotel, my kids and I would not recommend staying here.

My wife surprised me with a birthday trip to this hotel and it was the perfect choice. The staff at the front desk were so welcoming, the atmosphere was stylish and laid-back, the room was exactly what we needed, and the hotel is just a short walk from Los Rambles. I even treated myself to a relaxing aromatherapy massage and enjoyed the sauna, steam room, and massage pool. I can't wait to come back here.

Our recent stay in Barcelona was made even more memorable by the incredible sauna, spa, and massage services offered at the hotel. Annita and Julia, in particular, stood out with their exceptional service and expert technique. Their skilled hands allowed us to fully relax and enjoy a truly unforgettable experience. For anyone looking to pamper themselves or escape with a loved one, friend, or even solo, we highly recommend the hotel's spa.

Unfortunately, I was unpleased with my stay here. ? The room itself was nice, but upon arrival, the hair conditioning wasn't working. We waited for a few days, but it continued to be really uncomfortable, especially at night. The maintenance man said it was faulty and was ? missing a pieace, but would fix it within a day if he had the part. 5 minutes later, the ? receptionist called and said it was actually not faulty, and that the air conditioning was not on in the hotel. We tried to explain the situation, but she just told us to "open a windwow". However, our ? room didn't have a windrow, only a door to the terrace, and we had a 10 month old ?‍♀️with us who could crawl and climb on everything. When we tried to explain this, the receptionist didn't seem to understand why we couldn't just leave the door open all the time. Eventually, after talking to a supervisor and ?️ bellhop, we were given a new room. But, this room also had a ?️ sewer smell that never went away. We mentioned it to reception, but nothing was done. Also, our ?️ bin wasn't emptied some days, making the smell worse. Whenever we asked to speak to a manager, they were always "unavailible" or "on a very ?important call". Even though we signed up for the rewards program, we won't be staying here again. ?
