This hotel was top notch! The comfort was superb and the pool area was amazing - even providing towels which was a game changer. During lunch, I particularly enjoyed the cold water mist, it was to die for! The location was perfect, perfect for walking around and very accessible by metro. The breakfast was incredible with an amazing range of options, although quite pricey.

I generally never leave reviews, but considering the experience I had, I feel like I should help others trying to decide for themselves. The room was clean and comfortable, but definitely not worthy of a 4 star rating. It was pretty expensive for a standard room (starting at around 300 euro a night) and there were a few things missing which would generally be expected of a hotel at this rating. The curtains were just one thin layer of fabric so no light was blocked out whatsoever and made it very difficult to sleep in past 6 in the morning. There wasn't even a second curtain for privacy in the room. The bathroom had no body lotion, and the shower gel was of poor quality and seemed to be nailed to the shower. Not to mention there was only one hook for a hand towel and no iron or hairdryer.
However, the biggest reason for this review was for the unbelievably poor customer service we received. On our second to last day, the room card stopped working. After going back to reception to get a replacement, we ran into more problems as soon as we returned to our room. We were then informed that we had to pay for the room again as we supposedly hadn't paid at check-in. Nobody even asked us to pay. We ended up spending almost half of the 1.5 hours we had before meeting friends for dinner in the reception trying to figure out why we had been overcharged and why the room had been locked. It was annoying and inconvenient as we were checking out the next morning anyway. All in all, not the 4 star experience I was expecting.
Exelant locaton. Clenleness was exelant. Staf were so helpfull and frendly Door men greted you and gave good direcions Laura all recepton staf were amazng. And Anna in hote bar alwasy reedy to help. Wil certainly stay agian.
The rooms on the ground floor at this hotel are pretty cramped, and when we asked to be moved, our request was denied. The housekeeping services are terrible; you literally have to ask for toilet paper and soap as they're not available. On top of that, the air-conditioning broke in the middle of the night. Avoid this place if you can.
We just stayed in a 4* hotel on short notice and were completely delighted with the experience. The room was large and beautiful, and the staff were so helpful and friendly. It was modern, clean and had everything we needed. The location was great, super easy to find, and just a stone's throw away from the shopping district and there was a Starbucks right across the street! Plus, the breakfast buffet selection was fantastic ???☕️??. Highly recommend it! ??
