We had an amazing family holiday in Barcelona. Our teenagers were with us, and we stayed at a 4* Sup Hotel in the city center. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The rooms were fantastic and spacious, and were kept immaculately clean (we had the superior rooms). The hotel was well insulated from the noise of the street outside and the beds were so comfortable - we had an amazing rest! The breakfast was delicious and had a great selection. The hotel was modern and clean although it lacked a bit of character, however this didn't bother us as we spent most of the time out and about. One slight problem that we experienced was that they wouldn't guarantee us twin beds when we booked, which caused us a bit of stress. However, this ended up being resolved when we arrived and the beds had been provided. All in all, I would highly recommend the hotel - the location, cleanliness and hospitality made sure that we had a great stay.

My wife and I stayed at this accommodation in early March. It is situated in an excellent location. The service and cuisine were both top-notch. The staff were both warm and welcoming, and were able to fulfill each and every one of our requests. I would highly recommend this place!
I had a great stay at Catalonia Ramblas 4* Sup! With a central location and comfortable room and amenities, this was the perfect place to explore Barcelona. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the lounge was a great place to relax after a long day of sightseeing. The only downside was that the TVs in the room weren't equipped to allow us to log in to our own streaming services, such as Netflix and Amazon Prime. Sadly, the Chromecast also didn't work. Nevertheless, I would definitely recommend this hotel!
Simply bad service! We arrived at the Catalonia Ramblas 4* Sup after booking a room for three and were surprised to receive a room with only one double bed. When we asked for another, they told us that there was not one available on our floor, but then suddenly they said they had a room after all. When we entered it, we were disappointed to find that it was dirty! (Pictures enclosed). On another day, when we returned to the room at 18:30 pm, it was still dirty. When we called the reception, they told us that they sometimes clean in the evening, but the cleaner said they had cleaned that morning. On our last day, we asked for a late check out and they said they were "fully booked" which was clearly not the case. Despite this, they offered us the late check out for 60 euro. We had a flight delay and called again to ask for the late check out and were allowed to have it for free. Terrible service!
This hotel was an amazing experience. The location was unbeatable, right on Las Ramblas and within walking distance to many attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and well appointed, and there were plenty of places to sit and relax. The gym was basic, but served its purpose. In all, I was incredibly impressed with my experience and would highly recommend Catalonia Ramblas 4* Sup to anyone. I'd definitely stay again!
