We stayed here prior to departing on a cruise and were extremely pleased with our experience. The rooms were sizeable and featured stunning views of the city. It was a quick and easy walk to access dining, shopping and all Barcelona had to offer. Moreover, there was a great bar located on-site. The shower was remarkable and the hotel as a whole was very well appointed. The staff were all extremely friendly. We'd definitely stay again!
I'm glad to say my stay at the Eurostars Grand Marina Hotel GL was an awesome experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff was friendly, helpful, and went out of their way to assist us. Our room was spacious and immaculately clean, and the view of the harbour was lovely. The location is great too, just a 5-minute walk away from Las Ramblas. For just £220 per night including breakfast, I couldn't recommend the hotel more highly. Such great value and service; I'm so glad I chose to stay here.
Me and my partner stayed in this hotel from 10.03-13.03.2023. We do travel a lot around the world and this place was definitely one of the best. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly, with special mention for the receptionist Alexandra who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We were also very impressed with the restaurant being open for breakfast until 11am which was a blessing for those times we wanted to have a lie in. We highly recommend this hotel and if we ever decide to visit Barcelona again, this is the place we'll be coming back to.
The Staff in the reception was unfriendly and unhelpful from the start. The Sea View Room I booked in this five-star hotel had a lot of defects. For example, during a shower, I had to bear with alternating hot and cold water every 30 seconds. Additionally, I had to endure loud knocking noises on the wall until 3 O’clock in the morning. To top it off, my welcome amenity was only two small water bottles. I tried contacting the staff but the issue with the hot water seemed to be present in the whole hotel. The room rate for the night was a whopping 242 Euros (without taxes) – that's 760 Euros for three nights! To say I had a disappointing stay is an understatement; this was the most terrible hotel experience of my life.
We spent the weekend of my other half's birthday at the Eurostars Grand Marina Hotel GL and it couldn't have been better! The room was gorgeous and the en suite was beyond our expectations with an incredible shower. Every part of the hotel was spotless and the staff were truly amazing - so welcoming, friendly and helpful. We really hope to come back soon!
