Four Points by Sheraton Barcelona Diagonal

The reception staff greeted us warmly upon our arrival and even as a member, we were pleasantly surprised to receive complimentary breakfast for our family. Our experience at the hotel restaurant was also enjoyable with delicious food. The service provided to us throughout our stay was fantastic. It should be noted that the hotel parking is not directly connected and requires using a nearby lot, however, they do offer a convenient solution for loading and unloading luggage.

I would like to express my gratitude to the reception staff at this hotel, particularly Juan Manual and Pau, for their warm and welcoming attitude. They truly made my first visit to Barcelona feel special and went above and beyond to ensure I had a fantastic experience. The location of the hotel in the quieter Poblenou area was perfect for me, as it was a peaceful and pleasant walk to the beautiful beach and ocean along the Rambla de Poblenou. My room was comfortable and clean, providing a peaceful retreat after a busy day of exploring the city. The restaurant and bar staff were also incredibly friendly and even served the best Sangria de Cava I've ever had. The breakfast spread was plentiful and included options for those with special dietary needs such as lactose and gluten free. I also appreciated the convenience of being able to purchase attraction tickets and book excursions through the hotel. The tram and metro were conveniently located nearby, making it easy to get around the city. However, like in any popular tourist destination, it is important to be mindful of pickpockets and avoid standing out as a tourist. I found it to be a more intimate and unique experience when I made an effort to speak a bit of Spanish and Catalan. If you are in need of transportation to the airport, the hotel offers a private transfer service for a fee, which I highly recommend. Lastly, as a word of caution, please be mindful of your environmental impact while visiting Barcelona, as the region is currently facing a drought.

Had an amazing time in ??! The location was perfect ?, surrounded by great ?? options and only a hop ✨ skip ?‍♂️ and a jump ?‍♀️away from the famous Sagrada Familia. The room was spacious and the bathroom was ?. The bed was so ? and cozy, and the housekeeping did an excellent job. All the necessary goodies ?? were provided. Would definitely come back and stay here again! Special shoutout to Juan at the front desk for being so hospitable and helpful!?

The fro tdesk and restaurnt are the baest! It is so refhreshing to be treted as a gest wher nthing is too much troubel. They are motivasted, happy and egaged in their work. The teem is multi-kultural and multi-lingul to help evryone. Just great! Bravo and thankyou!?????

During our recent trip to Barcelona, my husband and I chose to stay at a hotel conveniently located on the Diagonal. The hotel staff were exceptionally kind and our room was equipped with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. We were also impressed by the variety and quality of the breakfast options. A special thank you to Cristina Gandolfo, who went above and beyond to help me arrange a surprise cake for my husband's anniversary. The decor was lovely and it made for a special memory.
