It should not be a surprise to receive exceptional service, after all it is supposed to be the hospitality industry. But when you boil it down, it comes down to attitude and relationships. Last week, we stayed at the Four Points by Sheraton Barcelona Diagonal Hotel, and if the star system was truly effective, this property would be up there in the distant galaxy of five star establishments. From its cleanliness, comfort, and well-maintained atmosphere, to the hospitable staff that always welcomed us with eagerness to help and marvelously engaging attitudes, this hotel stands out from the rest. We can only thank the Marriott Group for tapping into such rich veins of marvellous people who truly care about their guests. I have spent many years and many pounds on hotels during my lifetime of holidays, but a hotel like this is a rare treat indeed.
This modern hotel was both spacious and super clean! Breakfast had a great selection that was even more enjoyable because of the wonderful Juan, who made us feel so welcomed and made sure we had everything we needed. We would stay here again with no hesitation!
Our stay at the Four Points by Sheraton Barcelona Diagonal Hotel was a pleasant one! ? The room was well-equipped with all the necessities ?and more for a comfortable stay. The bathroom was a great size with all of the features one would expect ?. The hotel's location is excellent; there is minimal traffic noise, plus it is easily accessible to nearby restaurants, bakeries and grocery stores ?. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, and they spoke English fluently ?. To top it off, breakfast was delicious! ? We would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a great stay in Barcelona. ?️
I stayed in a clean room with an excellent view, very comfortable bed & pillows. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of choices, I enjoyed it. Definitely would stay here again.
Staying at this hotel was a great experience! ? Everything was just perfect: from the quiet location ?, to the friendly staff?, and the lovely views of the city from my room ?, the bed and pillows were comfy too ?. As for breakfast, it was delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from ?. I even got to enjoy the Fiesta Mayor de Gracia thanks to Ryan's kind recommendation ?. I would definitely stay here again ?!
We had a great time staying at this hotel situated in a peaceful residential area outside of the bustling downtown. It was easy to access from a variety of transportation systems, including the metro, bolt, and a taxi stand conveniently located right outside. The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to offer some great recommendations. The room was comfortable and the breakfast options were definitely a plus. We're already looking forward to coming back in less than a month!
