Overall, I had a good stay at the Four Points by Sheraton Barcelona Diagonal. Room was quite spacious and clean, the bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. However, there were a few hiccups with the booking process. My staff had an issue when checking in because they wanted the credit card it was booked on and they weren't aware of the security reasons. Although this was addressed, they were asked again to fill out an authorisation form with the card details. This could have been avoided had they been informed of their membership number in advance, instead of having to fill out the form. Still, it was an overall pleasant stay.
In the reception they were very friendly and the manager was kind enough to offer a free late check-out.
The staff at the Four Points Sheraton Barcelona Diagonal were greatly not worth the extra tip. We experienced an issue with the room noise and had to change rooms as soon as we arrived. In addition, when we told them about the Zara sweater we had accidentally left behind, they claimed they never found it. That resulted in a huge disappointment and disbelief. The shower sliding doors were also two fingers open, which was very uncomfortable. However, on the bright side, the reception staff were friendly and the manager was kind enough to offer a free late check-out. Overall, it was not a satisfactory experience.
Overall I enjoying my stay and would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.
I had a wonderful stay at Four Points by Sheraton Barcelona Diagonal. From the moment I arrived at the front desk, the staff were incredibly friendly and professional, always ready to help with any query I had. The breakfast selection was fantastic and the staff serving in the mornings were always so pleasant. Our room was on the 7th floor and it was well presented and clean each day. The housekeeping staff were really kind and did a great job. The gym was quite small, but spotless. Even though there were only one treadmill, the view was lovely. There is so much to discover in the area, especially if you're a fan of the beach. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone traveling to Barcelona.
