Four Points by Sheraton Barcelona Diagonal

This was an amazing stay! I was pleasantly surprised at how close the hotel was to the beach, malls, sightseeing, harbour and more. Not to mention, it was also near public transport like the train and bus. Everyone at the hotel was so helpful, especially the receptionist - Steve. I was lucky enough to be granted a late check-out after 17 hours of travelling. Highly recommendable! The staff gave me a map of the city and an explanation of it that was really thorough. The restaurant and breakfast were also great, and the room was super clean and quiet. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a great hotel in Barcelona.

The buffet breakfast was adequate but not memorable.

We stayed at a hotel close to a Rambla and many attractions because of its good location. The room was neat and tidy, yet quite small. The font door staff were welcoming and spoke English fluently. The buffet breakfast was satisfactory, however, not amazing.

I read every review I could on just about every hotel in Barcelona. I wanted to pick the perfect hotel. Honestly I would not ordinarily stay in a 3 star hotel but the reviews were so good that I finally chose this one. The accommodation was very clean, the breafast was really good and the location couldn't be better. Having spent some time on the Los Ramblas this was by far a superior option. The mall across the street had plenty of shops and great places to eat. What really sets this place apart from most hotels are the staff. Every person I encountered was friendly and went out of their way to help us. A couple of them even remembered our name throughout our stay. I would like to give a special shoutout to Juan Manuel at the front desk. He was so patient and helpful. He is a tremendous asset to this hotel. He was one of those staff members who always greeted us by name. I cannot say enough good things about this place. I have travelled a lot and stayed in plenty of 4 and 5 star properties but this one rivals them. Great job!

I had a lovely stay here and would rate it 5 stars! Everything from check in to check out went smoothly and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff gave us advice on what to see and do in the local area and the best way to get around. The hotel was well maintained and clean, and the room was comfortable with a great bed. It was conveniently located near the metro, tram, bus and plenty of restaurants. In short, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would definitely return!

We had a great time at this hotel. The staff were friendly and accommodating - a rollaway bed was added to our room upon request for my 3 young daughters and both beds were very comfortable. The included free breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety on offer, and the restaurant dinner we had on the first night was also tasty. The bar in the lobby was great for grabbing a drink, and there were plenty of nearby restaurants with a good selection of food. The hotel features modern decor, is very clean and receives daily housekeeping. While the hotel may be a bit far from the main tourist attractions, there is a tram and bus line just outside the entrance which can take guests to the popular spots. The hop on/off bus stop was a bit hard to find, but we managed to locate it after a brief search. We would consider returning here on our next trip to Barcelona.
