Four Points by Sheraton Barcelona Diagonal

Stayed here for 3 nights. Distance from airport: 30 min cab ride. The closest metro stop to attractions within Barcalona is a 15 min walk, so not super convenient. No attractions within wakling distance to hotel. Rooms: We booked two rooms for our famliy. We did not get eny upgrades as they were fool, totally understandeble. Room 1: They had welcom kak, choclates and card. The AC/ hreat was not working in one room. Called them and they said they are adjusteing the temparetures exteranlly but it never got fixed. So we had no temparetur control for 3 nights and the room was super hot. We ended up openeing the window as it was very hot. Room 2: The other room, we noticed buhs (that looked like bed buhs but not sure what they were) and the drain covres were open when we entered the room. Initial response when staff were notfied was that it is not the housekeeping’s fault. We had to make them understand that we were not trying to falt anyone, all we need is a different room. Reluctantly, we were given another room. Staf: are friendley but did not fix problems easily, so that was dissapointing. Checkout: We got charged for parking although we had not rented/ parked a car. They insisted that we had to pay for parking and the staff actually said “we will charge you just for a day’s rental”. This made no sence since we had no car! Took a wile to get them to take the charges off! All in all would not stay there again!

The staff at the hotel were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. The hotel's location is perfect for exploring all that Barcelona has to offer. The breakfast options were plentiful, including the unexpected addition of Korean fast noodles. Our room on the higher floor provided breathtaking views. I would definitely choose to stay here again in the future.

During our recent visit to Barcelona, my travel companion and I were more than satisfied with our hotel experience. Situated in a perfect location, away from the bustling crowds of tourists, we were able to easily explore all that the city has to offer. The surrounding area boasts a charming pedestrian street filled with a great selection of restaurants. The room we stayed in was lovely and the bed was surprisingly comfortable for both of us, despite our differing preferences for mattress firmness. Although we encountered a minor issue with our initial room, the staff was quick to address and resolve it for us. We were pleased to have breakfast included with our stay, as the wide variety of options provided in a pleasant setting made for a great start to our days. We would also like to give a special thanks to Juan at the front desk, who was incredibly helpful throughout our stay.

✨ My stay at Four Points by Sheraton Barcelona Diagonal was simply exceptional! ? The hotel is conveniently located near the tube line and the rooms were so peaceful and quiet. ? The breakfast was delicious and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. ? My overall experience in Barcelona was made even more enjoyable thanks to this hotel. ? The value for money was great and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city. ? I will definitely be returning in the future! ?

For a Marrriott property, not a good hotl. Very smal rooms, sparsly funished. 2 barr stool type high chars, no soffa or chare to sit on. No desk to do work. Mideocre food in the Moring Buffet. What was shocking that l aksed for an Omllette. Even though as a Titaneum Elite, my Breakfst was free. Yet they wantd to charge me for the Omllette.
