During my recent visit to Barcelona for the Mobile World Congress event, I had the pleasure of staying at a hotel booked by my company. I was thoroughly impressed with the hotel - the room was immaculate and comfortable, the staff were delightful and courteous, and there were thoughtful gestures such as complimentary chocolates and water bottles for each guest, as well as slippers and extra travel-sized amenities. I was also loaned a kettle to make tea, as there wasn't one in the room. The breakfast was top-notch, with fresh and delicious options. But what truly sets this hotel apart is the incredible staff - their kindness, professionalism, and dedication to providing excellent service. A prime example of this was when they opened breakfast an hour earlier for the entire duration of the event, as my company had to be at the Fira de Barcelona by 8am. They even provided complimentary breakfast boxes for those who were in a rush. I will definitely be returning to this hotel and perhaps even making use of the outdoor pool, if I visit Barcelona during a warmer season. A heartfelt thank you for a wonderful stay!

??? The beds were super cozy and the staff was very friendly. The location was perfect for exploring the city ?. As for the rest...☕️ Vivari coffee shop across the street was a great spot for a pick-me-up and the local transportation was easily accessible. Unfortunately, ? Uber didn't work out for me, but there was a convenient store right around the corner for any last-minute needs. Overall, a great stay!

During my recent stay in Barcelona, I was fortunate enough to experience a hotel that exceeded all of my expectations. The location was ideal and the level of service provided from arrival to departure was exceptional. Both the hotel itself and my room were beautifully decorated and impeccably clean. I also particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast offered. Without a doubt, this hotel is exceptional and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch experience.

The accommodation is conveniently located in the heart of the city, yet still manages to provide a peaceful environment away from the bustling Rambla de Catalunya. The nearby public transportation options, such as buses and the metro, are easily accessible. The interior design of the hotel is elegant and the majority of the staff were kind and attentive. The breakfast offered was satisfactory for a small 4-star hotel. It should be noted that the rooms are not soundproof and noises from the hallway and neighboring rooms can be heard. Our room's air conditioning automatically adjusted to 26 degrees, but we were able to manually turn it off. This may not be an issue in March as the window can be opened for fresh air. The hotel features a charming garden with a small pool and bar, however, these facilities were not available during our visit. The hotel bar closes at 11 PM and shortly after ordering our last drink, the lights were switched off and we were asked to leave. This could be managed differently. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and the prime location makes it an ideal choice for exploring Barcelona.

During my recent stay in Barcelona, I encountered some issues with the pillows and noise level in the rooms. The pillows were uncomfortably cheap and the rooms were too noisy, as I could hear everything happening in the corridor. The housekeepers also added to the noise with their operations. Despite using earplugs, I still struggled to sleep well. Additionally, I had trouble adjusting the temperature as it was consistently too hot.
