During my recent stay in Barcelona, I had the opportunity to experience a hotel that is a member of Preferred Hotels & Resorts. While the staff was pleasant and accommodating, I couldn't help but feel like the overall quality of the hotel was more in line with a very good 3-star establishment rather than a 4-star one. The single beds were not the most comfortable and the lighting in the room was lacking. To add to my disappointment, the sauna was unfortunately out of order. In addition, I encountered some ants on my bed, and when I was moved to a new room, there was hair on the bed. Although the staff was kind and helpful in resolving these issues, a small form of compensation for the inconvenience would have been appreciated instead of just a room change.

During our 4-night stay over New Year in Barcelona, we were pleasantly surprised by this charming boutique hotel. Its location was perfect for our needs, with easy access to La Rambla, Casa Batllo, and the Sagrada Familia. The staff were exceptional, providing great service throughout our stay. The breakfast was also a highlight, offering a good selection of options. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is a great value for the price. The service provided was of good quality and we were pleased with the cleanliness of the rooms. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. However, one thing that could be improved is the size of the rooms, as they were on the smaller side. Additionally, it took a bit longer than expected to check in at the reception, despite having stayed at this hotel before.

My stay here was simply amazing! ? Everything was spotless and the balcony was absolutely stunning (although not all rooms have one). The bathtub was fantastic and the bathroom was a good size, even though I was traveling solo. The bed was so cozy and the location was just perfect, although it did require some walking or taking a taxi/metro to reach the Gothic Quarter or Barcelonetta. But no worries, the metro was only two blocks away! ? The only downside was the lack of a coffee machine in the room. Had to call down to room service and pay for a small cup of coffee in the morning. ☕ It was a slight inconvenience, but everything else was incredible. I visited during the fall/winter, so unfortunately the pool was being renovated and the noise from the garden area was a bit bothersome. ? But let's be real, with Barcelona waiting to be explored, who has time to hang out by the pool? ? There's a lovely bar area in the front if you need to relax or meet people. Overall, the staff was extremely kind and helpful. ?

I recently stayed at a hotel in Barcelona which was truly fantastic. The service was top-notch and the facilities were excellent. The location was also great and the rooms were very clean and modern. The employees were all incredibly friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was also very good. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in Barcelona.
