My stay at this hotel was really enjoyable ?. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful ?, the rooms were spotlessly clean ? and the breakfast was delicious ?. A special shoutout ? to Houssam for ensuring that all the guests were well taken care of during breakfast ?!
The accommodation I stayed in had great rooms that were spacious and cozy. The breakfasts were superb and the reception staff were wonderful. Although the area was not particularly buzzing, there were several great eateries nearby and there was easy access to the hop-on-hop-off buses.
We had a wonderful six-night stay at this hotel. The staff at reception were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Our room was large, comfortable and included all amenities - but the shower was definitely the highlight of our three-week trip through Portugal and Spain. They also had the absolute best breakfast selection. Would definitely recommend!
My stay at the Hotel Derby in Barcelona was far from enjoyable. The room was unbearably hot and there was no kettle present for me to make a hot drink. To cool the room, I had to leave the windows open at night, but this was counteracted by the loud noises from the outside as well as feeling unsafe. Furthermore, the hotel bar was closed for the entirety of my stay, and I felt there was nowhere to go in the hotel apart from my own room. To add insult to injury, the staff were unfriendly and completely ignored me. All in all, it was a dreadful experience.

From the first day on, I felt at home. This elegant, stylish and quiet hotel is a must-visit. The staff is excellent and always ready to assist with any request. The hotel is ideally located in Loreto and is perfect for travelling around the city whether by bus, taxi or metro. I'm very pleased with my choice and thankful for all the staff.
