Hotel Neri – Relais & Chateaux

The beds were comfortable and the room size was adequate for two people. Overall, our stay at the Hotel Neri was very pleasant and we look forward to visiting again!

Our stay at Hotel Neri - Relais & Chateaux was nothing short of excellent. The staff was friendly and attentive, providing us with helpful tips and guidance. We had dinner reservations, laundry services, directions and all we needed. The hotel was beautifully decorated, the stone staircase and warm lighting creating an inviting atmosphere. Located in the quietness of the gothic quarter, it was close enough to the iconic attractions of Barcelona such as cathedrals, markets, and the marina. The restaurant was delicious and the bar was great for a nightcap after a full day of exploring. The room itself was quite peaceful, the beds were comfortable, and the room size was ideal for a romantic stay for two. All in all, our four-night stay was a great experience and we can’t wait to come back!

I was lucky enough to stay at Hotel Neri – Relais & Chateaux while visiting Barcelona recently, and I can honestly say it was one of the best experiences I have ever had. Located in the most stunning part of the city, in the shadow of the city's oldest Cathedral, the hotel is nestled away in a quiet corner and you get the feeling of being a part of Barcelona's history. The hotel was immaculate and the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. The restaurant was both delicious and romantic, with views out onto the castle courtyard. I felt like I was being treated like royalty, and I can't wait to return and experience it all again. Hotel Neri is a hidden gem and I would recommend it to anyone looking to experience Barcelona in all its beauty.

We stayed in different rooms, each specialized in its own decor, and they had a lot of nice touches, like heated floor in the bathroom, a luxurious shower, and a separate tub. The rooftop terrace is amazing and a great place to relax and enjoy the views. All in all, it was an experience to remember, and we were already missing the place when we left!

We had the pleasure of staying at the always exquisite Hotel Neri - Relais & Chateaux. Before we even entered the doors we were met with warm hospitality from the friendly and attentive staff. We had the luxury of being informed of the daylight saving time difference from the US which was sure to come in handy. Every member of staff we encountered was incredible! We were looked after by George, Mauro, Victoria at reception and Thomas at the front door. Later we enjoyed the delectable meals prepared by Joaquin, Daniel and Ingrid at the restaurant. Our rooms were unique and tastefully decorated, with all the modern amenities you could desire - a heated bathroom floor, a lavish shower and a blissful bath! There is also a magical rooftop terrace which was the perfect spot to relax and take in the views. Our stay here was truly unforgettable, and we already miss the hotel immensely!

Second time here and I've got nothing bad to say ?? The staff were wonderful and the room, breakfast and lunch were all excellent! ?? A great all round experience - looking forward to coming back soon! ?? A big thank you to the crew, can't wait to come back! ??

Booked Hotel Neri for our city break in Barcelona, expecting good things from the wonderful reviews and small size. The experience exceeded our expectations! The level of service and hospitality from the 22 staff members was inspiring, from the warm welcome of Mauro at reception to Ingrid and Marina in the bar/restaurant and the ever-helpful Thomas at the concierge. The room we had was small but impeccably furnished, with a lovely balcony for us to enjoy. The bed was extemely comfortable, and the restaurant/bar provided us with delicious meals throughout our stay. A special highlight was the help we received when the Barcelona Marathon made taxi access difficult - the staff worked hard to make sure our departure went as smoothly as possible. We'd highly recommend Hotel Neri - it felt very special to stay there!
