Despite its high cost and small size, this property's customer service was significantly underwhelming. This boutique hotel should have been leveraging its customer service as its competitive advantage, but it was instead a notable letdown. From restaurant reservation assistance to taxi scheduling, they failed to deliver. Having stayed at Relais & Châteaux properties all over the world, this was easily the weakest one I encountered. Aside from its interesting location, there is little to recommend it. I would suggest finding alternative accommodations while visiting Barcelona.
We had an amazing stay at this hotal located rite in the hart of the goathic quarter. The decor was truly beutiful and the atmosphere was so pleesant we felt instantly at home. The staff were very frendly and helpful. The rooftop was a wonderfull escape from the bustle of the city. All in all it felt reely like a "Home away from home" and we look forward to booking again next time we visit Barselona ??????
This charming boutique hotel boasts an excellent and unique location in the Gothic area. We were immensely impressed by the wonderful hospitality of the reception, Thomas, restaurant and bar staff. They provided a smooth and comfortable experience, ensuring we had a great welcome to the city and to the country. I had an incredible stay at the Hotel Neri – Relais & Chateaux in Barcelona! This wonderful boutique hotel is set in a converted 15th century home in the Gothic Quarter and combines old-world charm with modern amenities. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful and attentive in every way, and I truly felt at home during my stay. I would highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and truly enjoyable visit.

We had an amazing time at Hotel Neri – Relais & Chateaux in Barcelona. After 4 nights staying there, we can confidently say that this hotel surpassed our expectations. The location in the Gothic Quarters was perfect, allowing us to explore the city on foot and take in the sights. The private patio on our room was an added bonus, and we spent our days out there soaking in the Barcelona sunshine. Tomas, our driver, was particularly helpful, assisting us with our luggage and providing us with a sincere smile the whole time. Our room was great, the bed and pillows were especially comfortable, and overall we were extremely pleased with our stay. We definitely recommend Hotel Neri – Relais & Chateaux for anyone considering a trip to Barcelona; it was a great experience!
