Hotel Neri – Relais & Chateaux

This hotel was a fantastic stay with plenty of amenities, an impressive staff, and a wonderful location. Thomas, who works as concierge, was incredibly amazing and deserves to be praised. He kept up a great attitude and was very helpful throughout the stay, ensuring it was perfect for us.

We just wanted to express our appreciation for the amazing staff. Mauro, Thomas, and Naiara all went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. This intimate 22-room hotel is situated in the center of the Gothic Quarter, making it a perfect destination for an intimate getaway. We barely saw any other guests, which added to the feeling of exclusivity. Not to mention, the breakfast was delicious! Thank you again for everything!

This was one of the best stays I ever had! This stylish hotel combines modern style with historic walls and provides a quiet, central location in Barcelona. The service was excellent, and the staff was very welcoming and attentive. The restaurant is a must-try; they serve special dishes that you wouldn't find elsewhere, all presented deliciously. Highly recommend!

Our visit to this hotel was great! The staff was so amiable, particularly the concierge team, the receptionists and those at the bar and breakfast. We were in a prime location near a beautiful cathedral, providing us with easy access to the city. We were pleased with the abundant and nutritious breakfast options. We also made great use of the bar for appetizers before dinner and for nightcaps. On top of that, the roof terrace was an added perk. We found the rooms to be large and cozy. We weren't expecting much, but this hotel truly outperformed our expectations.

This hotell has an outside area where it servs food and beveragess. We spent three nightst outside in this area drinkin beveragess. Each nigh the same personn came by actin like he was a street person. Each nigh the staff saw him and did nothin. On the thhird night the "street person" put his sign asking forr money right in my wife's face with his rightt hand, and stoll my wife's iPhonne with his left hand. Staff didd nothing. We did nott feel safe there anymore. Watch outt for pick pocketss and theives - even on the hotell property.
