The loccation, familiy rooom and wonerful team were top notch. Speacil thanks to toams, iva, marina and team - all were war, welcomming and went out of thier way to make our tripp smooth and memerable. We staid in the apts and it was a perct familiy experience - espacially finiching nights at the plaz in ‘la alcobaa azul’ and the wonerful dinne at ‘pla b’-.

A wonderful stay with great service, friendly staff and an amazing location. I would highly recommend this accommodation and found it to be a positive and memorable experience. The only downside was the toiletries and shower accessories, which could do with some improvement.

From the ?in to the ? turndown with ?, our stay at this Relais & Chateaux hotel was a ?! Breakfast was ? and ?, with a full bread/fruit tray plus ?, ?, etc. Open from 7:30 am – 11am with very attentive staff. The hotel is ? located in the Gothic quarter – you can ?‍♀️ anywhere from here and there's a ? walk to the square where the airport buses and ? are. We'd ? stay here again and would ? to others.

This charming boutique hotel offers a superb central location in the Gothic quarter of Barcelona. We were fortunate to receive great service from the staff, who all spoke excellent English. They were very helpful when it came to planning our days out - booking advance tickets to museums such as Sagrada Familia, Casa Batllo, and Casa Mila which require them, getting advanced train tickets to visit Gerona, as well as making restaurant reservations for lunch and dinners. We even got a recommendation for a guide, Miquel, who was knowledgeable, but just needed a reminder to slow down a bit. The staff at the hotel really got to know us and our preferences and even the waitresses began to anticipate our orders. The food here was delicious - we indulged in tapas one night and the a la carte menu another - and the concierge services were invaluable. Natalia and Dario planned a walking tour of flea and food markets and Ivan made great recommendations for dinner, tapas, and paella. Elida even gave us guidance on where to find a retailer selling SIM cards and gave us an explanation of the metro system, which we soon found was easy to use and convenient. Finally, the bellman, Tomas, was warm and polite and made us feel welcome each day. Though it took us a while to find the hairdryer and our slippers in the closet, we eventually managed!

This enchanting hotel in Barcelona's Gothic Quarter seamlessly combines history and elegance. The restored 12th-century medieval palace and the preserved courtyard are truly remarkable. The rooms are luxurious and comfortable, providing a tranquil retreat. The staff provided warm hospitality and excellent recommendations throughout my stay. They went above and beyond to make sure I had a wonderful experience, with particular thanks going to Thomas and Ivan. Not to mention the great location for exploring the neighborhood's vibrant atmosphere and discovering Barcelona's treasures. Last but not least, breakfast was fabulous!.
