We were greeted with a warm welcome from Thomas that set the tone for our entire stay. The accommodation, food, service, and location were all top-notch. Our room was pleasantly spacious with a cozy bed, and the pillows were the best we've experienced at any hotel. It was truly a peaceful haven amidst the hustle and bustle of the city, and we highly recommend it.
This place is absolutely incredible! We only stayed for three nights but it was in the perfect spot in the heart of the Old City, with everything that you'd need close by. The staff were all so kind and helpful, especially Elida at the front desk, Ioann at the door, and Thomas! We would highly recommend this amazing hotel and we look forward to our next stay!
I had heard such great things about this hotel, so I was eager to check it out for myself. Needless to say, I was disappointed. The location was great for us tourists, but unfortunately, few of the taxi drivers were willing to drive us down the narrow alleys to the hotel. This meant that we had to lug our luggage for almost 0.25 miles. The apartments were far from luxurious, but they had everything we needed, including a washer/dryer. The rooftop pool was only really useful for the ambience. Housekeeping often missed something and we had to call to ask for it. The noise levels were very high due to the bars and tapas places just outside the building. Breakfast at the hotel was good, but nothing special. The bed was comfortable, although it was lower to the ground than usual. And the poor placement of the TV on the floor in the living room was hilarious. The rooms were overpriced, but I was just glad to take advantage of the amenities. All in all, due to the positives and negatives, this establishment is a great choice for tourists. Just be aware of what you're getting for your money.
Incredible accommodations and an incredible staff focused on pleasing visitors. The rooms were comfortable and practical. A lavish and delicious breakfast was included in the cost. I will be back when I return to Barcelona.
A ? truly royal experience! ? The staff was amazing – so friendly and accommodating. ? Not to mention the incredible ? location – just within reach from a historical sight and the hotel having gone to great lengths to preserve its rich heritage. ? Breakfast was delicious, too – each morning, just waiting with fresh pastries and coffee. ? The rooms were fabulous – high ceilings, expansive windows and modern and spacious bathrooms. ? Simply extraordinary!
