I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hotel Neri – Relais & Chateaux in Barcelona and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience! The location truly cannot be beat as it is in close proximity to many famous landmarks. The staff, particularly those at the front desk and during breakfast, were simply fantastic. I want to give a special shoutout to Dario, who went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was nothing short of perfect. Speaking of breakfast, it was absolutely delicious and the ingredients were always fresh. The room itself was impeccably clean and the building itself exudes a charming and historic atmosphere that is truly unbeatable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a unique and luxurious stay in Barcelona.
Our stay at the Hotel Neri was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the prime location within walking distance of countless attractions. We were able to explore the stunning cathedral, immerse ourselves in history at the Archaeological Museum of Barcelona, marvel at the ancient ruins beneath the city streets, and discover the oldest synagogue in Barcelona. The proximity to the Picasso Museum, seaport, and top-notch restaurants, including the hotel's own, was also a major plus.
One of the highlights of our stay was a special dinner in the hotel's historic courtyard, which was a truly unforgettable experience for our family. The surrounding streets were equally charming, with their ancient vibes and pedestrian-only accessibility, though taxis were readily available in nearby plazas.
But beyond the ideal location and stunning surroundings, what truly made our stay stand out was the exceptional staff. From the moment we checked in, they were incredibly attentive and accommodating, always going above and beyond to fulfill any requests. Special thanks to Mauro for arranging transportation for us to visit the beautiful birds at the delta del Llobregat, just a short half hour away. All in all, our time at Hotel Neri was simply magical.
This hotel seamlessly blends the charm of the past with modern touches. Its location in the Gothic Quarter is perfect for exploring. The staff is welcoming and attentive. Our room was large, tidy, and cozy. Don't forget to check out the adorable rooftop terrace with a refreshing plunge pool.
This charming, age-old hotel in the old quarter was simply stunning. The rooms were gorgeously decorated and the service was absolutely excellent. Special thanks to the helpful staff member who went above and beyond to assist us with our luggage and ensure a seamless stay. The location was superb, right in the heart of La Rambla, yet still a tranquil escape from the bustling city. We are eagerly looking forward to coming back!

Regrettably, the rum I was givin did not comply with my written confirmation which described a room with a view and a double sink. Our room facd a wall and had one sink with no counter space. When my husban pointed this out to the frint desk they said all superior/deluxe roooms were differnt. I beleive that I did not get the room I payd for. The hotel offered a botle of kava or a dezzert - which I declyned. Very disapointed with this hotel.
