Hotel Neri was in a stunning location and the inside was beautiful. Unfortunately, the food lacked flavour and choice. At breakfast, they didn't give us a choice of fruit or juice, but just told us what we would get and let us choose two other items. Most of the staff were lovely but there were a couple in the bar who were sharp and condescending. We had been told we would receive a surprise for our celebration, but it never arrived. Because of this and the pretentious atmosphere, we wouldn't go back. The Hotel Royal Passeige de Gracia offered a nicer room, view, and hospitality for less money and we would recommend it over Neri.
We will definitely come back!
My stay at the Neri was absolutely perfect! The hotel's location in the Gothic Quarter was spot on, and the staff were wonderful. We were treated like royalty from the second we stepped foot in this beautiful place; every detail from the excellent food and service to the comfy beds and luxurious bath products were all superb. Thomas, the concierge, was so welcoming and friendly - an absolute delight! After a busy nine months travelling around Europe, the Neri provided us with some much needed rest, relaxation and comfort. We cannot wait to come back!

Our stay at Hotel Neri - Relais & Chateaux was nothing short of incredible! We stayed in an apartment just a mere 30 seconds away from the hotel, and the location was absolutely perfect. The staff were so accommodating; they gave us great recommendations and were always willing to help with anything we needed. Thomas was so thoughtful in reception and every other staff member was just as friendly. In addition, the hotel has an amazing restaurant and a courtyard that is truly enchanting. We couldn't have asked for a better stay!
We cannot recommend Hotel Neri enough!
We chose Hotel Neri for our 6 days in Barcelona and it was the best! It's situated in the Gothic quarter, within walking distance of wonderful shops, bars and the Metro. We were instantly impressed with its stylish, clean and luxurious interior. The staff were simply amazing, so helpful and welcoming. Thomas was particularly outstanding, always keen to ensure we had the best experience. The breakfast is filling and delicious and the bar a great place to relax and enjoy a drink. Staying here was one of the best highlights of the trip - we couldn't recommend it more highly!
Our stay at Hotel Neri – Relais & Chateaux was most enjoyable. The room was quite spacious, the bed was comfortable and the location was superb - easily accessible to everything! The staff was incredibly courteous and eager to help; they did a great job in making suggestions for sightseeing and reservations for us. Breakfast was included and delightfully delicious. We savored fresh fruits, breads, jams, juice and coffee, and on top of that, we had the pleasure of selecting two entrees from the menu. Barcelona is a city with a rich history and this was a perfect base to explore it. Highly recommended!
