My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. I would not recommend it. During our stay, my cousin's wallet was stolen along with all her cards. Despite bringing this to the attention of the hotel, they did not take any action and were not helpful at all. They claimed that no one had entered our room, but when we asked if it had been cleaned, they said yes even though it was obvious that it had not been. We even saw the cleaners outside while we were leaving, but the hotel refused to let us view the security footage. The manager refused to talk to us and the front desk staff were of no assistance. Overall, I strongly advise against staying here, unless you want your belongings to be stolen.
I really enjoyed my stay at Ilunion Almirante Hotel in Barcelona. Our room had the most amazing view of the city from our balcony, it was truly breathtaking. The hotel was very modern and clean, making us feel comfortable and at ease. In addition, we appreciated the safety measures in place. Breakfast was a great way to start each day, although I wish there were more options to choose from. Despite this, it was still a fantastic stay and I highly recommend this hotel.
During our visit to Barcelona, my partner and I stayed at the Ilunion Almirante Hotel and we couldn't have been happier with our experience. We were fortunate enough to have a room with a balcony that boasted stunning views of the city. The room itself was modern and spotless, making us feel secure and at ease during our stay. Each morning, we indulged in breakfast to kickstart our day, although we did feel that there could have been a greater variety to choose from. Nonetheless, we were thoroughly impressed with the hotel and highly recommend it to others.
⭐⭐⭐⭐
My recent stay was a mix of ?and ?. On the plus side, breakfast was decent ? and the ? was conveniently located near the ? and the best ? in the city. Our room was ☀️ and clean with good amenities. The staff were also friendly. However, the safety of our room raised some concerns. The door had a lock but no peep hole or manual lock. The CCTV coverage in our corridor was also questionable, leaving us feeling vulnerable. This became evident when we heard a strange knock at 2:30am on our second night. ? Thank goodness we didn't open the door or it could have been a worse situation. After reading other reviews, we realized we made the right decision not to confront the situation. It's a shame this happened because everything else was ?.
The location for this hotel was excellent and the staff were all very welcoming and accommodating. My stay here lasted 9 nights and overall it was a pleasant experience. As a person with a physical disability, I had booked a specially modified room which was spacious enough for my wheelchair to move around comfortably. The bathroom facilities were also one of the best I have come across with everything being accessible and well-maintained. The reception staff were always friendly and helpful, while the housekeeping staff did a great job in keeping my room clean and tidy. I would like to mention to the hotel management that the bathroom is in need of urgent maintenance as there were several cracks between the walls and the floor that need to be properly sealed to prevent any future leakage into the lower floors. This will not only ensure the safety and comfort of guests, but also avoid high repair costs in the future. Thank you for a pleasant stay. -Aldafferi Hamad, Room No. 407.
During my recent trip to Barcelona, I unfortunately had a negative experience where money was stolen from my wallet by the cleaning staff. Aware of the city's reputation for pickpocketing, I had only brought a bank card with me and left my wallet securely in my rucksack at the bottom of the wardrobe. Despite wanting to use the safe, it was not functioning properly. To my disappointment, upon checking out, I discovered my belongings had been disturbed and 100 euros were missing from my wallet. It was clear that only the cleaners had access to the room. The reception team was apologetic, but words cannot replace stolen money. I will not be returning to this hotel, as I cannot trust the safety and security of my belongings in a place I paid a significant amount of money for. It also makes me question what else may have been tampered with while I was out. If you want to avoid the risk of theft, I suggest looking for other accommodations.
