After visiting Barcelona in August 2023, we stayed at a hotel which had us hold our bags when our room wasn't ready. When we got to the room, it was incredibly hot with no air conditioning. No amount of maintenance could fix it. We asked the guest relations manager, Maria, for help and all she could do was provide a fan. ? We still had to move to another room the next morning and had to deal with a shower door that wouldn't close. ✔️??‍♀️? The hotel had a great rooftop bar and location but it definitely wasn't a 5 star. It needs an upgrade as others had noted. Rooms looked dirty and all of this experience was terribly frustrating. We've provided the information to our cruise line and we expect to be reimbursed. ??

Our stay was enjoyable overall. The staff was attentive and accommodating. For more than a day-or-two stay, bringing your own toiletries and supplies is highly recommended since their quality is not the best. The accommodation was pleasant and we'd return. Pictures of the rooftop bar were a bit misleading in terms of space, however, it had great views, a full bar, and sometimes even hosted live events or DJs. Breakfast was decent. The bed and pillows were comfortable. This hotel's best qualities were its excellent location and amiable staff.

This place was wonderful. The spot was ideal, the rooms were spotless, and the amenities exceptional. Even better, they went the extra mile and surprised one of the guests with a cake on their birthday--an unexpected and kind gesture. I can't recommend this place enough!

I recently had the misfortune of staying at a certain ? in Barcelona and I must say that it was a nightmare. On the day we checked out, we realized that my wife's Rolex watch had been stolen from the room and when we told the management, they shockingly just told us to go to the police station. We went and filed the report, but needless to say, we knew there was no chance of getting it back. ? Please beware and make sure not to leave any items of high value in the room. ?????

This place had a fantastic location ?️. We particularly loved the roof top ?️ and the drinks there were delicious ?. We did find that, for the price, there were some areas that could have been better. The room wasn't quite as clean as we would have liked ? (hair from other guests in the bathroom?) and the AC needed to be fixed ?️. Customer service wasn't great either ?, but the bellman was very helpful ?. Overall, we had a decent stay ?.
